Perfect location to enjoy Saratoga Race Track, easy walk to back entrance to track while staying in a beautifully Renovated/Remodeled Modern Farm House home. Our 2 story modern farmhouse home boasts 3 bedrooms ( 4 th bedroom/office) and 3 full baths completely furnished with all the amenities of home. Special features include a first floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with beautiful large tiled shower and double sinks , 2 bedrooms upstairs with a king bed and a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, downstairs is an office or a 4 th bedroom with a queen pull out sofa and another full bathroom with tub. Large open great room with magnificent windows and sunlight. Gorgeous adjoining kitchen with quartzite counter tops, island with seating and high end appliances including a gas stove and a area for sit down dining.
Please note this home has increased in size by 800 square feet and completely remodeled since its original reviews dating back to 2014.

Outside, you will find a roomy deck with a fenced yard , gas grill and charcoal grill lots of seating including 2 adirondack chairs, table and chairs for dining in addition to a gorgeous patio with fire pit. If porch sitting is your thing we have a gorgeous front porch with lots of seating to catch all the sites.

Walk to the track, downtown, Siro's, Pennell's famous Italian restaurant, The Horseshoe Bar and Grill, Mexican Connection and Saratoga Casino. Also nearby is Saratoga State Park as well as other attractions . Downtown is also walkable but also available are Ubers and the summer Trolley. SPAC is moments away just a short 6 -minute drive. You are close to everything, but still enjoy a cozy sense of privacy in your little corner of Saratoga Springs.

We know you will love the location for its convenience to walk to almost anything you are coming to Saratoga for .

Perfect for concerts and downtown Saratoga!

My friends and I rented this property for the weekend of DMB concerts at SPAC. This was our first time renting a house in Saratoga, and we could not have been more pleased. Everything was as good or better than shown in the pictures and it was perfect for our stay. We were able to take the trolley that stopped right outside our house directly to the concert, and it was a super cheap cab ride to and from the bars on Caroline Street. The patio deck was great and the fenced in lawn was terrific for lawn games. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Our "group of 6" (3 couples) had a great time in Saratoga - the home was perfect&close to the track.

The home was perfect for 3 couples - clean & great layout. Had everything we could want - close to a little breakfast cafe down the road & short drive in to downtown Saratoga. A quick little walk to the horse racing, with a nice bar/restaurant between! Just perfect for our weekend getaway. Thank you!!!

Very clean and very accommodating.

Host was awesome to deal with. Upstairs master was very nice with King bed and large bathroom. Downstairs basement for laundry was very clean also. Enjoyed our stay. Close to dog park so very easy to bring our small dog for play time.

Beautiful property, and wonderfully maintained.

Cannot fully appreciate property until you are inside. Clean and modern. Has everything you need for a great week! Loved using the grill and deck. Only thing that would have made it better was the weather...lol.

Great house, great location, and weather was great too

6 adults? shared the house for the last weekend of racing season. Everything went well. Choose 2 small friends to share the double! Well appointed. Lacked nothing that we needed. Roku provided is a nice touch. We did bring our own though. A little small inside, the large yard and deck make up for that. Maybe bring your pet? Close to racecourse and south end restaurants thus perfect for the season.

A week at the SPA

We stayed at Laura's home for a week of racing and everything else that Saratoga Springs has to offer. The home is very convenient to the track and is well-appointed. Laura's home is super clean, and is exactly as advertised. The house was perfect for us, and I look forward to returning.

Property was spotless and had all the conveniences for us.

We ( 6 women on a girls get-away weekend) had a wonderful experience at Laura and Glen's home. The location was very convenient and the home accommodated all of us in comfort. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Saratoga Springs area.

Great little house

We have stayed at other VRBO's but this one was so well equipped with everything, laughed when we wondered if they had corn skewers and it did! that is only one of the things we looked for and found, nice supply of spices etc. We stayed for over a month and can't think of anything that we had a problem with. We are hoping to return next year for our visit with family.

Best Place To Stay In Saratoga Springs!

This house is truly a home away from home. It is clean and comfortable. The location is great! It is walking distance to Saratoga State Park, race track and down town. Laura is so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Hands down, the best place to stay in Saratoga Springs.

What you see pictured is exactly what you get!

Our stay the week of August 9 thru August 16 could not have been better. This home is truly a home away from home. Laura has thought of everything you could possibly need and also this house is SPOTLESS. The deck was great for morning coffee, afternoon grills and evening cocktails. The master suite was very nice (better than pictured). This house is a short walk to the track, casino and town. A great rental, can't wait to return next year! Laura and Glen are such nice people!

Great place, Great time

This rental was perfect for our family. It is all that is advertised. Clean, well-appointed home, close to everything. I was able to walk to the backside every morning. You can walk to the track, state park, and restaurants local to the track. Nice deck and fenced backyard. Very efficiently managed. Our best rental experience in Saratoga.

Saratoga Rental Review

THis rental and the owners are excellent! I would stay here again any day. We had 7 people and slept comfortbaly. We wre in town for concerts at SPAC and the location was perfect. THe house is also on a corner with a trolley stop to take you to SPAC or the casino! The yard and deck area is perfect for grilling out and haning out with friends. The rental has everything you need to make you feel at home. Thank you Laura for a fantastic vacation. We will deifnitely be back next year. Hold the house for us!!

Maybe next year you can visit the famous Saratoga Thoroughbred race track, the home is even closer to that venue, and there are always lots of festivities going on in town to enjoy. Saratoga Home

Just spent the past two weeks at this great home. Wonderful location close to the track and town, Everything we needed was there. The Owner could not have been more responsive. Great back yard and even a grill for enjoying a feast.
