This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features a bright, welcoming living space designed for easy coastal living. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, modern appliances, a dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds, providing comfortable accommodations after a day spent exploring the coast. The condo also includes three Smart TVs with cable and high-speed wireless internet so everyone can stay connected and entertained.

We really enjoyed our stay at Colony 301. One small glitch we had was getting locked out after returning home after hours. The batteries in the digital doorlock were dead. Since that unit had a owner's lock, Emerald Isle Realty was unable to unlock remotely. So we waited for a maintenance person to come. Another small improvement would be to lubricate the bathroom vanity faucets. Especially the one is very very stiff. We enjoyed the unit and the area, and the perfect weather!!

Comfortable although a few updates are needed. Take your own dish soap, napkins, salt, pepper, and definitely a fan. The unit was very warm. Pool was nice, beach access perfect.
