With **four bedrooms and three levels**, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Bedroom layout:
Main Floor – Queen bed and twin bunk beds with nearby bathroom
Upstairs – Two bedrooms each with a king bed
Third Floor – Four twin beds, perfect for kids or group sleeping space

The third floor does not have central AC, but the rest of the home is cooled with central air.

ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM
Enjoy friendly competition in the **game room featuring foosball, Xbox gaming, and a multi-game Pac-Man arcade system**. Board games are also provided for family game nights.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The **fully fenced backyard offers privacy and space for pets and kids to play**. The yard backs up directly to a park with ball fields, giving you an open, green setting right behind the home.

The home sits on State St. but you will have 3 parking spots dedicated for your use in the back alley.

There is no Central AC in the 3rd floor. Only fans.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
