- On the 3rd floor (left bedroom), the setup is similar — the attached bathroom also has an extra door providing access from the bunk bedroom and pool area.
- The other two bedrooms have completely private bathrooms.

Badges are valid for the entire stay and will give you access to all the community amenities:

How to get them:

Visit the Boat Rental Office (by the lake/clubhouse)
Bring your rental packet + photo ID
$10 per person, per day (cash only)
Kids under 5: no wristband needed

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT TAKE THE BADGES HOME or DISCARD them. All badges must be returned to the property and placed back in their designated location at the end of your stay.

• If you declined VRBO’s travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing your own through a third-party provider. Please note that our cancellation policy is strict, and we are unable to issue refunds for unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather conditions, illness, or any other travel-related circumstances.
• To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
• All guests should sign the additional agreement before check-in - "Guest Liability Waiver and Release"
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through support team
• No shoes in the house
• Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes. Fine for violation - $1000
• All National Holidays Require 3 nights stay minimum
• Minimum booking age 25 years old.

Outdoor HEATED POOL available from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend!
For September the fee is $100 per night to keep the pool heated to 85–87°F throughout your stay.

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Please review our pet guidelines below:

A $99pet fee per stay applies (for one pet).
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
Please do not leave children unattended, as there is an outdoor swimming pool on the premises.
