Nice home

Great location. Walking distance to speedboat beach. Very close drive to Kings beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the great room for everyone to eat as a family and socialize. Great home.

Great place to stay.

Had a good time here. No complaints, warnings, nothing. Hot tub worked good. Drier and washer helped out a lot after the day at the beach.

Gorgeous home!

Our family spent our wedding weekend in this home and it was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeously remodeled and spotless, and the whole rental experience was seamless. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Pine Haven House

I really like the location of this house. It was clean. There wasn't much of a beach near by, but that is because the water level is up pretty high. I would stay there again.

Great place!

We loved this home and made great memories there. Lovely place! My only criticism is there’s no extra toilet paper so definitely pick up some on the way, and that the fold-out couch in the primary bedroom doesn’t exactly work. Otherwise, fabulous experience!

Awesome home for small groups close to the lake!

The house was very spacious and had nice amenities! We enjoyed the multiple decks, large backyard, hot tub, grill and being walking distance to Speedboat Beach! The house doesn't have A/C so if you're planning to do any cooking be aware it can get quite hot in the summer especially with a small group in the upstairs area. Luckily there's fans and plenty of windows to open up to cool the upstairs.

Great for families

We loved the kitchen and family space. It was very open and there was plenty of space upstairs for family dinners and hanging out. The kitchen was very well equipped. The master bedroom was perfect. The downstairs living room was perfect for the kids. The kids also enjoyed the bedroom with the bunk beds. The garage was large enough for 2 cars. The hot tub was new and very nice, I asked vacasa to have it warmed up before we got there and it was ready to go. The location was great, 5 minutes to kings beach/safeway, 15 mnutes to incline village, 15 minutes to northstar, and a short walk to the lake. We would absolutely stay there again.

Nice lake house

This house is good for a large group that is looking for a quiet neighborhood. The strict lights out/quiet hours policies were fine for our group with young kids, but maybe not for those who want to use the hot tub after 9pm, for example. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, especially considering we were there on the 4th of July. The private lake access was enjoyable. There’s a big hill to walk back up from the lake, but it’s close enough that it was manageable. There was a Construction site right behind the property. It was not very noisy but there was a bright light on all night at the construction site that let in light to the upstairs bedroom. Otherwise a great place!
