The Space:

Luxury and convenience meet in this beautiful vacation home in Bear Hollow! With a private hot tub and access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a shared pool, there's plenty of room for up to 13 guests to share this home, and something special for every member of your group to love.



Enjoy a great location in the Bear Hollow neighborhood close to Park City - Canyons Village, and just a quick bus ride to shopping and dining in Kimball Junction or downtown Park City.



There's also two separate living areas with fireplaces, TVs, and comfortable seating. A private hot tub on the deck provides a cozy space to soak underneath the stars after a long day on the ski slopes or hiking trails!



The home also features a nicely equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a washer/dryer so you can pack light.



The two master suites each have queen beds and private baths, while a third bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bunk rooms - one with one set of twin bunk beds and another with one set and a standalone twin.



You'll be close to skiing at Deer Valley Resort, one of three skiers-only resorts in the nation, and the 7,300 acres of Park City Resort. Summer adventures include hiking, mountain biking, and whitewater rafting. The charming downtown area of Park City has shopping and dining to enjoy year-round.



From family reunions to getaways with good friends, this spacious Northern Utah vacation rental offers a lovely home away from home!

Great place!

We had a great time and loved the place. Perfect location for shopping. Plenty of room for our family of 12 with room for everyone. Loved the fireplaces and the decor was very nice.

Bear Hollow was fantastic

The home was a great size for a large group - and very convenient to get to the rest of Park City. Staff was very quick to respond to issues (our dryer broke) and pleasant to work with. would stay again easily.

Fun Sundance weekend with friends

Great location, well stocked, plenty of space. Had a party of 13 staying there and we all enjoyed our stay. Very nice appliances, furnishings and bedding, you don't need anything except your personal items and groceries!

The Big Bear Hallow house

We stayed in the house for 3 nights. Everything was great!!! So clean and nice. We had a large group and things were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this home to any one looking for the perfect Park City vacation!!!

Comfortable, lots of room, convenient location

We were two families (2 adults, 2 kids per family) who enjoyed a long weekend at this property. It was very comfortable with lots of room. Enjoyed the separate living areas and multiple levels. Took full advantage of the hot tub. Great location close to Kimball Junction, Canyons and downtown Park City. Look forward to going back.

Great home and location!

We had a group of 11 (5 adults and 6 teens) and the home was perfect for us. The hot tub is nice, but very small and only fits a few at a time. On site laundry was great! Location was just a minute or two to The Canyons Resort with free parking at the Cabriolet Gondola. Bear Hollow is the perfect location for going anywhere local - Main St., Kimball Junction, Canyons, PCMR, Deer Valley, tube park, etc.
