This home is located in Park City proper in the Park Meadows neighborhood. Park Meadows was developed around the Park Meadows Country Club and is made up of luxury single-family homes and townhomes with beautiful mountain views. What people love about the neighborhood is the access to town, the Round Valley Trail System, the MARC (also known as the Racquet Club), and its stunning views of Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Whether you’re seeking a winter wonderland or a summer escape, this property is a perfect four-season sanctuary.

With over 4,000 sq ft and five ensuite bedrooms, there’s more than enough room for family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation while still having their own space. The two separate family room areas are a smart feature, allowing adults and children to have their own spaces while still being under the same roof. Take in the impressive views, stay cozy by the crackling fireplaces, or warm up in the hot tub as you take in the spectacular pine tree landscape surrounding this Park City getaway.

The sunny and open floor plan makes this home ideal for entertaining, with an updated kitchen featuring luxury appliances that offer plenty of space for meal prep and hosting large groups. Dine inside or outside and enjoy beautiful mountain views. There is a gas grill on the deck off the kitchen.

In winter, hit the slopes in Park City or Deer Valley. Both are just a short drive or an easy bus ride on Park City Transit. Main Street – known for shopping, dining, and art galleries – is also a short drive or easy bus ride. In summer, explore hiking and biking trails that are a short walk from your front door. Enjoy nearby golf courses, festivals, and outdoor adventures no matter the season. After a long day, you can unwind in the private hot tub.

A tennis and pickleball court are just steps from your front door. Tennis racquets, balls, pickleball paddles, and balls are in the garage for your use. There is also a clubhouse adjacent to the tennis courts with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- Please note that air conditioning (A/C) is only available on the top floor.
- There is a workspace area in the room closer to the living room.
- The HOA will begin painting and staining the deck to the communal hot tub in early April, with work lasting about two months. Please note that access to the deck may be limited or temporarily unavailable, and exact dates for this unit are not yet known.

Parking Details:
- One car is allowed in the garage; all other vehicles must use the community-provided overflow parking.
- No driveway or street parking available.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
