We had a nice stay, but the chalet was not as well equipped as most vrbos we have stayed in. When we arrived I think the dishes in the dw had been washed, but a few plates had some dried food on them so we repeated the dishwasher. The bathrms did not have any washcloths nor hand towels so I notified the property mgmt company soon after arriving. I also notifed them to report the sliding patio door was very difficult to open/close. It would have been nice to have had patio furniture so we could eat out on the deck. Also, one package of paper towels and tissue for starters would have been handy. We did enjoy all the activities at Eagle Crest resort.

Thank you, Lora, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed the activities at Eagle Crest Resort. However, we truly appreciate your feedback regarding the chalet's amenities. It’s important to us that our guests feel fully equipped and comfortable during their stay, and we’re sorry to hear that some essentials were missing, like washcloths and hand towels. We also understand how frustrating it can be when things like the sliding patio door don’t function smoothly. We’ll make sure to address these issues with our team to ensure a better experience for future guests. Your suggestions about patio furniture and additional supplies are valuable, and we’ll take them into consideration as we continue to enhance our properties. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’re committed to providing a more seamless experience next time. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
