We enjoyed the home. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked. The disappointment was having little hotel size samples of dish soap, bath products, dishwasher and laundry soap. Every vrbo I stay at has plenty of products. When I asked for additional dish soap I was told to go to the market. We have been coming to Sunriver for 35 years. Love the home. Will not use this new management again.

The only thing not great was the booking - if you are going to ask for ID verification, then you should let VRBO and people booking know that one has to book the property under a legal name on whichever ID is going to be used. I initially did the verification process but then I got a message saying I still needed to do the verification. After that, the site would not allow me to redo it with the legal name changed on the booking. I spent a lot of time on the phone with this issue and it was a major hassle but fortunately a manager somewhere allowed me to bypass the verification process. Also told on phone no local office in Sunriver, however there is in fact an office in the village.

Great vacation house

Overall, the house met all of our needs. There were 7 in our party which included grandparents. Easy walking distance to SHARC and the village. The house was clean and very tidy. Check-in and out was simple ans stress free.

Location is super convenient to Sharc and the Village. House was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would likely choose this location again when we are in Sunriver.

Nice family snow retreat

The house is well laid out with all the kitchen amenities necessary and in good working order. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of room for our granddaughters to play while they visited us. Private hottub was great as were the SHARC passes.
