Very clean! Decorated very nicely. Host very responsive with 10 minutes or less. Balcony with great view of the ocean! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great week! Condo was clean, decorated nicely and had everything you needed. Just aeps away to the beach and property was well taken care off. We spent every night with a night cap at Flip Flops watching the Pirate games. Lots of really good restaurants close and Kroger is right up the road. Would stay here again.

We could not believe how much of a hidden gem this was! The worst part about going to the beach is lugging all your gear to and from the shore to the hotel (or car), but with this place you are literal steps from the sand. And since the apartment isn't in a noisy high-rise, the beach itself seemed much less crowded than other spots we've stayed. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and cozy. The balcony has a great ocean view that invites you to sit and relax. Thus was exactly what we were looking for and will no doubt be staying here again on future trips!

We had a great time at Bob and Joe Anne’s property. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was literally right at the bottom of the stairs at the end of the hallway. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property, beach just a few steps away, restaurants, shopping, everything you could need only minutes away. Host truly amazing!!! Highly recommend this property!! Definitely would stay again.

This was a last min trip the Owner was awesome to work with on securing the property.

The property was well taken care of, the experience with the owner was great. Overall a great place to stay would recommend for anyone.

Joe and his party were such a fun group! We exchanged pictures back and forth like they were family! It was such a delight! They were friendly and clean! I’d gladly host Joe again and recommend to any host.

Perfect little spot!

Perfect for a family of four! Great location and close to everything. It wasn't pool or beach weather but if it was, it would have been a perfect spot for hanging out at the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxation at the beach!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our time Red Hot and Gorgeous. We had a great view of the ocean which is just a few steps away. The condo is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of bath towels. Communication with our host was top notch.

This condo has a wonderful location! The proximity to the beach and walk to get there was super!The beach vibe from the decor was well-planned. The age of the building was a bit of a drawback. The communication with the owners was unmatched and the specificity of the requirements involved in the stay was made very clear.

I have been going to Mrytle Beach for over 40 years at this time and this is my best stay for my family and me in a long time this property is the best.i would definitely stay here again

What a sunrise!

We had a ball. Place was clean and well appointed. The views of the beach and sunrise from the porch were worth the price. Owner was easy to deal with. Location was convenient and walkable to restaurants and bars. Would stay again

Great vacation week with great accommodations. Condo nicely furnished and wonderful decor. Location is perfect for viewing the beach or pool . Owners were fantastic to communicate with and checked on stay throughout the week.

Felt like home

My family has been coming to A Place at the Beach for many years and this might be our favorite place. Great location overlooking the pool and ocean, fun nautical decor and enough comfy seating in the living room to stretch and veg out after a long day playing in the sand. We’d love to return!

Fun and Sun

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach now for 30 plus years . Have stayed in the PLACE AT THE BEACH IV for 15 years, and this condo was one of the best we have had. Cleanliness, the view and overall inside appearance was beautiful. We had a wonderful time there.

A wonderful place at the beach

We love this area to vacation Shopping, dinning, simple living and well wishes! The neighbors are so inviting and welcoming. We love just walking to the local shops Condo is beautiful….The beach decor makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Best host we have ever had.
