Walk into a bright, open-concept living space framed by stunning red rock views. The well-appointed kitchen opens directly to the living area, ideal for cooking and gathering. The primary bedroom features a king bed dressed in premium linens, while the second bedroom offers two twin XL bunk beds comfortable for both kids and adults. Upstairs also includes a beautiful bathroom with full-size washer and dryer.

Brand new, beautiful home with a view near Zion. They thought of everything including the little details. If we ever come back to Zion, we will stay in this house.

Wonderful stay!

We had a memorable stay in this beautiful home, surrounded by nature. The home itself is very clean, nicely furnished, has all the amenities in perfect working condition. Looks exactly like the pictures. The views from the deck are gorgeous. After a day of hiking, it was great to relax in the hot tub. The gym was handy when it was too hot to run outside. Beds are comfortable. We did a day trip to Bryce, and the drive from this house was so beautiful! The location is a bit remote, so you'd have to drive to Kanab for dinner, but it's a small trade-off to make when you gain such a peaceful location in the midst of gorgeous scenery.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! In addition to being clean, modern and a gorgeous location it had everything we needed and then some. Loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time lounging on the balcony enjoying the view. My teen sons loved using the gym which was a bonus! Location was between Zion and Bryce which was perfect since we went to both. Only downside was there are very few restaurants open passed 7pm nearby but there’s a nearby market to grab stuff. Overall a lovely home that we’d definitely come back to!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
