The 120 m² property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of 5 pools and a garden, is also available for your use.

Pros: Leiligheten lå i et flott, stille, trygt område ikke langt fra Marbella sentrum. Flotte bassenger i området og kort vei til stranden. Flott promenade langs stranden med masse spiseplasser. Leiligheten var grei men manglet baby/barneseng. Det var oppvaskmaskin men øverste hylle var defekt, så forsiktig så ikke alt raser i gulvet. Helt topp med oppvaskmaskin, men det kunne være mer bestikk og glass så man slapp å vaske etter hvert måltid. Flere strandhåndklær hvis man er flere mennesker. vi var syv og bare 3 badehåndklær. Dette er små ting, men baby seng er å anbefale. Ellers alt topp.

Very good, comfortable and spacious apartment on the Golden Mile and within 5 -7 minutes walk to the

Pros: Very good, comfortable and spacious apartment on the Golden Mile and within 5 -7 minutes walk to the beach. The air-conditioning was first class. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely balcony to enjoy meals. The rest of the apartment was in good order. There were good supermarkets and eating places all within walking distance. The apartment is part of a gated group ("urbanisation") so the security is good. The gardens and communal areas are well looked after and there plenty of small heated swimming pools. This is great for kids - and adults too! The bus service to central Marbella and Puerto Banus is literally outside the urbanisation so you can easily do without a car. However there is parking space for one. Most of the residents are Spanish which I feel adds to the attraction. Alla the owner is very helpful and fluent in English. The family enjoyed staying in the apartment very much and we would recommend it highly. Should we return to Marbella we would be happy to stay there again.

Pros: This apartment was a wonderful place to relax during our vacation in Spain. We stayed in the apartment for a week and used it as a home base for our day trips to Ronda, Malaga, and Gibraltar. We also loved relaxing in Marbella itself, and the apartment complex has lovely pools and beautiful landscaping to enjoy. There's lots to do in Marbella, including flyboarding which my youngest daughter tried for the first time while we were there. She loved it, and it was fun to watch her from the boat. (We went with Redfly Marbella, and they have a FB page if you are interested in scheduling a time while you are there.) There is an access road to the beach just across the street from the apartment complex, as well as bus stops, and there's a grocery store we walked to nearly every day (we got hooked on the fresh breads and pastries as well as the fresh fruits that were in season while we were there!). There are lots of restaurants within walking distance as well, although we did most of our own cooking while there. It's very handy to have a kitchen (complete with pots and pans, a blender, dishes, etc.) since eating out can get expensive. Our group was very comfortable in this apartment. There were 5 of us, and we ranged in age from my parents in their 70s, to myself in my 40s, to my two teenage daughters, and all of us were very happy with our stay. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable, the two bathrooms were in great shape, and the deck was a good place for morning coffee or an evening game of cards. Alla is the friendly and helpful owner and was quick to reply to any texts I sent her. She speaks English, so communication was not a problem with her. Her representatives at the apartment didn't speak any English, however, so take that into consideration when booking the apartment. I know very little Spanish and had to text Alla for some details after we checked in because I didn't know how to ask about them in Spanish. Alla got right back to me, so there was never any problem. There is a security office just outside the gate to the apartment complex, and the person on duty there was always helpful when we needed a taxi (he took care of calling the taxi and giving directions to the apartment complex), but none of the staff spoke English. It's amazing what you can get across with a few gestures and a couple words in Spanish, though! All in all, this apartment is a great value and so much more comfortable and econimcal than staying in a hotel.

Pros: My family and I very much enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property. The apartment is extremely spacious inside and also has a lovely spacious balcony. It is very well equipped and spotless. Both the owner and local property manager were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The complex is tranquil with a choice of a number of good sized pools. The location for us worked very well due to the mixed ages of our 2 children with the beach close by, a great choice of local restaurants and shops in addition to easy proximity by bus or taxi to Puerto Banus.

Pros: Vi ansåg att detta var ett perfekt boende för vårt ändamål att kunna sitta ute tillsammans och grilla på kvällarna istället för att stressa in till stan och äta. Bra pool och lugnt område. Ett stort plus till vår värdinna Pia som tog väl hand om oss när vi kom och åkte hem. Vi är jättenöjda!
