Please be aware that you will have exclusive access to the main house; the basement is occupied by other residents. The basement has a separate entrance and is a distinct space. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No parties, loud music, or indoor smoking. If you plan to have visitors, please ensure that the total number of people on the property does not exceed 8 at any time (including all registered guests), in accordance with city bylaws.

If you are bringing pets, all pets must be added to the reservation in advance. The pet fee will be applied automatically once the pets are added. Undeclared pets are not permitted.
