Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedrooms are accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.

** Please note 5% (GST) taxes will need to be collected separately after booking is made. Not paying the taxe up front on the total will cancel the booking.

This space is modern and clean and is a walk-out to a cozy garden in the back. There is a patio with a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs in the garden so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.

We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th (commercial areas). UBC 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus (02).

This is a comfortable self contained cozy two-bedroom garden (approx 650 square feet) accommodation, best suited for 2 couples, business travel, single travellers or a small family. Enjoy a very comfortable queen size bed in one room and a double bed in the other. There is a small kitchen table, sofa and TV (with cable & blu-ray for Netflix) in the main area. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven and bbq grill on the patio outside with a table that seats 4. Free parking on the street.

* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover.

About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

Convenient and comfortable

Christine was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing and easily accessible. For a basement suite it was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing rental and location!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Christine and Pat are excellent hosts. They responded right away to my questions about the rental and Vancouver. I loved the location in Kitsilano because it is close to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and transit. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Suite and neighborhood was amazing, we will definitely consider next time we are in town. Christine was great as well, we ended up taking an early flight in and the suite was ready so she was able to let us have the suite early which was great for the kids.

Lovely Stay

My friend and I had a fantastic visit. It was the perfect place for going to both the UBC gardens and Granville Market/Downtown. Its event walkable to the Kitsilano Beach. Christine was so helpful at check-in giving us an introduction to the neighborhood and tips on transportation. If its available, I highly recommend booking!

Great space, great location!

This is a lovely, well located place to stay in Kits. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach (10 min walk) and everything else you might want. The space clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely backyard to hang out in.The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and great to stroll through. Christine is a lovely host - very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Quick family vacation in Vancouver.

Christina’s place was great!! Convenient to walk to the beaches, paths, shopping, and restaurants. We had our two teenage daughters with us. The suite worked perfect for us. We will definitely have as our first choice next time we are in Vancouver!

Kitsilano Comfort

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this very sweet VRBO the first week of July. You cannot beat the location - it's close to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants! And an easy walk to shops and the beach! Christine's place is very clean and very cozy. Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and the water pressure in the shower is terrific. The kitchen provides every tool you'd need to cook with or even bbq with in the backyard. Oh, and the garden walk out is great - we had gorgeous weather when we visited, so having space to gather outdoors was awesome. As far as hosts go, Christine is fantastic. She's friendly, hospitable, kind and so quick to answer texts and messages. Pat is very nice too - he even installed a portable AC unit for us because of a recent heatwave. We had a very relaxing stay at this Kitsilano VRBO and hope to return some day!

Amazing hosts, amazing location

We loved our stay in Kitsilano. We wanted to spend a few days in Vancouver before our Alaskan cruise and this area did not disappoint! It was my husband and me and our 14 year old son. This place was perfect for our small group. Although the space is small, it had everything you needed and was just a short walk to so many restaurants, a pharmacy, small grocery and even two beaches! Christine was amazing. We got in late and she had left us a basket of homemade muffins and there was coffee for the morning!! This was so thoughtful! I highly recommend this cute vacation rental!!

I loved my time here so much. I came to Vancouver alone and this was the perfect location for everything I needed. The hosts were so wonderful, kind and helpful and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit. Kits Getaway

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! Christine & Pat were super friendly & offered all kinds of suggestions of things to do & places to eat! We were only a 5 minute walk to my son’s apartment & the outdoor dining & lounge area along with the bbq made entertaining so convenient! Definitely recommending this place to all friends & family!! Thank you for such a memorable trip!!!

Charming and great location!

We loved how close we were to everything! One street over from restaurants, shops, grocery store, and boba tea shops! Easy parking and a short walk to the beach. Charming garden and comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Endroit charmant avec son jardin arrière. Belle distance de marche de Kits à Grandville island (8 km environ). Bien apprécié l’emplacement, avec les restaurants et l’épicerie à 2 minutes de marche. Merci aux proprios pour les petites attentions: muffins, café et soda.

Cozy unit in a fantastic Vancouver neighbourhood.

Located in the thriving neighbourhood of Kitsilano in easy walking distance to bars restaurants and bus routes . This is a great place to stay. Two comfortable double bedrooms with comfy beds . The kitchen/ diner / sitting room is snug but comfortable and well organised with generous pantry provision . There is a large outdoor seating area in a pleasant garden. The location of the unit- means it is shaded but it is well lit and balanced by the French doors which access on to the garden. Christine and Patrick were great to deal with very flexible and provided lots of info on Vancouver and transport. This was our second trip to the city and we loved it- it’s a great place to visit and this property was perfect for our needs . Can recommend and will definitely stay here again if we make another trip here. 👍🏼😀

Great place to stay

Lovely 2 bedroom property in a residential area within a 5minute walk to shops and transportation, so convenient.
