Kitsilano Garden Walk-Out 2 Bedroom
Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedroom suite is accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.
Can be hosted in French or English.
This 650 square feet unit is cozy, modern, clean and a walk-out to a covered eating area and small court yard. Some additional features of this unit include heated bathroom floor, hot-water on demand (never run out of hot water!) and AC. The garden area features a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.
Location, location, location! We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th. UBC is a 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus.
The suite features 2 bedrooms - One has a very comfortable queen size bed and closet, the other has a double bed (no closet but shelving). There is a small kitchen table, sofa and a Smart TV in the main area and one in each room. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven, and bbq outside, with a table that seats 4 (outside). Free parking on the street. (see parking map).
* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover. There is a AC unit during the hot summer days.
About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

A great suite, excellent location for access to the beach, restaurants, shops and easy access to downtown. Having access to a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the hummingbirds was a real bonus - a lovely oasis in the heart of Kitsilano.

Wonderful little spot with everything we needed for a three night stay. The backyard and covered patio area are a private oasis. Inside, the beds were comfy, everything well-supplied, and the place quaint and tidy. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and so quiet you don't know anyone is staying above. We plan to return,

What a lovely property (condo and patio), and a perfect location for convenient food, shopping, even easy walk to water.The kitchen was perfectly setup. We walked to Safeway for groceries and cooked (and BBQd) multiple times. Used for visiting our UBC kid, and we’ll be back.

The property was just like the photos, and was exactly what we needed. There were many shops and restaurants, an easy walk from the back gate and we spent most of our time under the covered patio area. The host was great and gave us lots of advise as to the best spots to eat and visit while there, couldn't ask for a nicer couple.Thanks much and would look at staying there when we get back to the area.

This is clean and charming unit with a beautiful private patio. It’s in a great location within an easy walk to shops and restaurants. This was our second stay and we plan to return soon.

Kitsilano Cozy Home Away from Home!Location was fabulous for proximity to Mobi bikes, Kits' activities, dining, etc. Took advantage of many summer activities. Host Christine was so kind! Her communications were timely, thorough and thoughtful. The apt had everything we needed and the access to do laundry was such a bonus after high adventure activities. We cannot wait to return.

Accommodation and garden were lovely with everything we needed. Christine and Pat were super friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Lovely, quirky little apartment close to the buzz of Kitsilano. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We found our Vancouver home-away-from-home in this quiet, lush oasis just steps away from our favourite restaurants and shops on Broadway. We also loved that there was ZERO stairs to navigate with big luggage. Super easy check-in and clear communication with hosts. Well equipped - the hummingbirds in the garden were a delight!

Lovely Hosts:)) apartment is warm and cozy and literally has everything you could ever need for a fantastic stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat!! Perfect location.

This location was excellent! Close to restaurants and shops, and a great jumping off point to explore Vancouver. The property was clean and the perfect size for our family of 3. The host communicated well and even provided us with some tips for how to get around and places to go. Overall, 10/10.

Wonderful location in Kitsilano. My son and I were visiting UBC. Christine’s property was the perfect location for exploring UBC, visiting downtown, and experiencing Vancouver. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Vancouver.

The 2 bedroom with the garden walkout was exactly as it was described. It was beautiful, quaint, quiet, and in a beauriful.neighborhood. Christine was an amazing host. She was very welcoming and provided excellentvtips on getting the most of of our trip. We have no question on where we'll stay the next tome we visit Vancouver!
