Ideal location for young families with easy access to pool & hot tub in your back yard and patio to store sandy chairs/toys. Teens loved roaming around Baytowne shops and arcade with frequent stops for candy and ice cream all while parents could relax feeling like they were safe and in close proximity to “home”

Awesome stay! The condo has everything you need. The pool and gym area were only steps away from the back patio. Also close to the shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf about a five minute walk. Definitely recommend for families with small children or any age.

This is a lovely and well-positioned condo with nice sized rooms and a large outdoor patio. Shrubbery keeps the patio quiet and private. Having a coffee bar with a mini fridge in the second bedroom was so convenient. Only small issue was that the dishes in the dishwasher were left in dirty so when I pulled a glass out, I had poured a drink before noticing it looked a bit smudgy. Maybe housekeeping got busy and forgot the check the dishwasher and restock the cabinets. Again, small issue , and I would definitely book this condo again.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Pilot House 322 was nicely positioned and that you enjoyed the roomy layout, large private patio, and the convenient coffee bar/mini fridge in the second bedroom. Sorry the dishwasher items were left dirty — we reported this to housekeeping and reminded the team to check the dishwasher and restock cabinets during turnovers. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back. RealJoy Destin

I have stayed at sandestin resort for the past 13yrs. But this condo was a hidden jewel. Direct access to pool and green area made it perfect for the kids to have a little freedom without parents having to worry about safety
