Additional amenities include Fibre Optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Samsung smart 65” TV with Apps including Netflix, Prime & Disney and a PlayStation 4 with controllers. The villa is equipped with outdoor loungers and dining furniture.

On entering the villa there is an entrance hallway with coat and shoe storage. Doors lead off to the kitchen, ground floor double bedroom, shower room and an archway leads to the dual aspect lounge/dining area with stairs to the upper floor.
