The home features 6 comfortable bedrooms, including a custom-built Jungle Bunk Suite (sleeps 8) with fun jungle-themed wallpaper—perfect for kids, teams, and group stays.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a heated resort-style pool, firepit lounge, outdoor dining area, and a professional grill with outdoor refrigerator—perfect for entertaining. Enjoy built-in outdoor games including cornhole, bocce, and mini putt-putt, ideal for relaxing days and fun nights.



Enjoy a modern open-concept living space designed for entertaining, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a premium Bosch appliance suite. The home also offers a loaded game room with a pool table, poker table, 8-seat bar, fridge, two 55” TVs, and a 4-player arcade with Golden Tee and 6,000+ games.



Outside, a brand new Mont Alpi BBQ island offers a 6-burner grill, side burner, rotisserie, and built-in fridge—perfect for group cookouts.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the backyard, pool, and all indoor spaces.

Easy self check-in is available, and detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Thanks for asking! Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.



Early check-in may be available, but we cannot confirm it until closer to arrival because it depends on whether we have a same-day turnover. If the home is rented the night before, checkout is at 10:00 AM and our cleaning team needs the full window to properly clean, inspect, restock, and prepare the home.



For that reason, we do not allow luggage drop-off or access to the home while cleaners are working.



If early check-in is available, we offer it at $100 per hour before 3:00 PM, with advance approval. If the home happens to be ready early, we’ll message you as soon as it’s available.



For luggage before check-in, guests often use local luggage-storage services like Bounce or Radical Storage around Tampa.

For larger groups, skipping a rental vehicle altogether often ends up being easier, more flexible, and surprisingly cost-effective.

Parking



The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 4 vehicles and is the preferred parking location. If your group has additional vehicles, street parking is permitted.

Please be courteous to our neighbors by parking legally, leaving plenty of room around driveways and mailboxes, and avoiding blocking or encroaching on neighboring properties. South Tampa streets are a bit narrower, so we appreciate your consideration.



Trash & Recycling

Trash is collected Tuesday & Friday’s, and recycling is collected Friday’s. Trash barrels are placed outside and returned by a private service. You do not need to move the barrels from their location.



Noise & Quiet Hours

To preserve the relaxed coastal setting, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM – 8 AM. Exterior noise monitoring is in place to ensure a respectful environment for neighbors and guests alike.



Security

For safety and peace of mind, the property features exterior video-only cameras (no audio recording) positioned at the front and rear of the home. There are no cameras inside the property.

We are available throughout your stay if you need anything, but we respect your privacy.
