Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived, one side of the kitchen sink was full of dirty water and there was a used towel in the other side. Three of the five light bulbs in the fixture over the table were out. In the master bathroom, one whole fixture had bulbs that were out. I did not contact the rental company while I was there (only a two night stay) because I didn't want to be bothered with people coming in and out. After my stay, when I contacted them with these issues, the response was all of the things I should have done, not even an "I'm sorry." Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. The balcony was great with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool was very nice.

Cruisin the coast weekend

My bed needed an up grade other than that our stay was lovely...

We were very disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the condition the unit was in. Not enough bedding for the beds provided. We had stipends staying on the same property and their units were all much nicer.

My condo was at the top on the 13th floor. The view was nice. Time for an upgrade on the furniture and TVs. But other than that no complaints.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the 60+ degree weather, dissappointed by the level of street sounds which made conversing on our private terrace next to impossible we were on the 13th floor. Various things that were broken or not working; garbage disposal, outlets, and missing or broken light bulbs. I guess I believed these problems had already been reported so I said nothing. There were spills that I cleaned up that were obvious yet ignored by your cleaning service.The beds were comfortable. The sofa and other living room chairs were not and they were stained and cushions sank in too deep because of excess wear. No one had to sleep on the pull out sofa but can only imagine the mattress was in poor condition by how much the sofa sank when it was used for seating. The outdoor patio furniture also needed updating. Ours were hard wooden bar stools or low wooden lounges and no outdoor table except a small side table. For the cost of the rental I was expecting better amenities.

Reviewer Comments: We had to evacuate from Hurricane Michael from the Florida Panhandle. I called BBRR in search for a condo and they went above and beyond to try to find a place for us to continue our vacation at. When we arrived the condo was nice and well kept. It had everything we needed to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Wasn't a very Good Stay

Reviewer Comments: Can't believe it didn't have any cloths hangers, no hair dryer, not even salt & pepper shakers, no cleaning material (Windex, something) talking $10.00 worth of things, noisey out in balcony, dirty (the coffee pot still had a moldy used filter), the fixtures to turn on water were falling off, bed had plastic covers which made you sweat, no comfort chairs on balcony (put low chairs to relaxx - not bar stools which were too high for older people). One weekend a family next door woke me up because they were locked out, at 5:30 am and noisy the whole time.I could have bought better furniture at Goodwill.

Malone Southern Family Vacation

Cruisin the Coast 2015

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My ratings below refer solely to the facility. As for my experience for the event, they are very different. There are some (not all) residents here that hate anything to do with Cruisin the Coast. One lady yelled at my friend for driving in the parking area with a car she felt was too loud, another was telling the security guard (who was very nice) how she hated Cruisin. Prices are getting stupid high - $1758 for four nights for 2016, but the location is hard to beat.

We had fun, but watch out for all kinds of sneaky fees

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basically we had a good experience until the very end. We had been very careful to follow the instructions as to how to leave the condos. Never heard or saw that the access cards, which are apparently considered keys, were to be returned to the desk. Was told when checking in that all we needed to return were the keys. We left one pass in the condo on the kitchen counter and one was in my bag which had already been packed. We were charged $61 for this. 12% tax on $50. We had already spent quite a bit of money for 2 condos for a family reunion. Couldn't get anyone to take the time to go to the condo and get the pass off the counter. Manager was prompt in responding and agreed to take one fee off if I mailed in the pass, but very unhelpful with the 2nd one that was still prominently displayed in the condo. How much time would that have taken after someone has spent over $2000? Not very good customer service, along with the fact that it's really hard to call and get someone who knows what they are talking about. Read the fine print and don't dare make a mistake and hope that someone will be understanding, even after spending that much money. I'm sure they make lots of profit off their sneaky fees. I work in customer service and I know that for something like this, to keep someone's business, you can make adjustments. Don't know that I would go back. Left a bad taste in our mouths. We all work hard for our money and this was something we had worked hard to pull off with three family with small children. $61, with nothing to show for it. I have to work quite a few hours to make that much. Hate to see it wasted.
