- Canal access on the property is currently not available at this time. Stump Pass State Park is 0.7 miles away and a popular spot to launch kayaks and paddleboards.

- As some parts of the local area are still rebuilding from the 2024 hurricanes, there may be some local construction work nearby during your stay.

- While we are in the midst of working on professional landscaping for the exterior of the home, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding if there is landscape work being completed during your stay.
