Beautiful BayFront home welcomes you to a vacation like no other. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home (with a small office space with bunk beds) and a boat dock that allows you to truly experience the beauty of Englewood, FL in the best way possible. Bring your family and friends and enjoy looking out the windows and seeing dolphins and/or manatees multiple times throughout the day. Fish off the dock and catch Snook and many more kinds of amazing sea life.

You're also just a short walk across the street to the beach to watch gorgeous sunsets. *PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS AND PETS* Chairs and Sand Toys available for use.
$30 for any damaged or missing beach chairs.
$20 for missing or damaged beach toys.

Very nice accommodations. Great location on the intercoastal and there is beach access across the street. Allows for great sunrises AND sunsets. Our host was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

200 SandDollar Lane proved to be exactly as listed and the nicest, cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It's proximity to the beach was a five minute walk, but yet we were right on the Bay, with a large sized dock, perfect for fishing and enjoying the sunrise. Derek and his wife were so easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. There were eight of us and everyone voted for a return next summer!! Perfect rental for 6 adults and 2 children. We had the best time!

The location of this house is perfect with beautiful sunrises and a short walk to the beach. It is very close to restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and it has everything that you need. This was our second time staying here and we hope to be back next year.

The property was absolutely perfect for my family. Great location and plenty of fishing on the back dock. Host was extremely nice and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is in the perfect location on a quiet street. Great place to bring a boat and go fishing and to the sand bar. Walking distance to the beach and some great local restaurants/bars as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay here

We had an amazing trip! Great location, home was extremely clean. Fishing off the dock was really good, and the dock light really brought the fish to us. Easy walk to the beach, and a quick boat ride to lots of great fishing and beach spots. Numerous restaurants available very nearby, and grocery store was about a 10 minute drive.Boat Lift did not work, but there were several cleats and plenty of space for our 21' shallow bay boat to park. Getting in/out from the dock was quite easy and there was plenty of maneuvering room to get around with ease. Lots of very shallow spots in the area, so know your way around if traveling by boat.We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 teenagers), plus a dog, that stayed for 5 nights. Plenty of space in the home to spread out in between beach/fishing trips and be comfortable, lots of furniture/seating available both indoors and outside. Limited Toilet Paper, paper towels and Trash Bags were available, so be prepared to grab some at the grocery store on your way in. Kitchen had plenty of plates/bowls/silverware and some basic pots/pans available plus typical appliances (toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). Even with so many people, we never ran out of hot water. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Cute and bright!

Very cute and clean little house with a great location. Just two blocks from the beach, or a quick walk or shuttle ride to the bars and restaurants. The house is well equipped for cooking and also heading the beach (low chairs and beach towels included). The doors lock upon exiting, make sure you know the code.

good life

the place was amazing everything from the cold AC to the view. my grandsons caught so many fish and all different kinds. dolphins playing every evening around the dock the baby iguanas
