The Space:

Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. The 2,200-square-foot home is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. Three living room sofa beds (one queen, and two twin sizes) provide added comfort. When you're not out on the beach, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Things to Know There is a storage shed outside of the property entrance for guests to store their beach items.

This rental is great for large families. The bedrooms are big & each one has an ensuite bathroom. The family room was big and had a lot of seating. The dining room table is very large. Our favorite part was the LOCATION & the huge balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We have been going to OCMD since we were teenagers, we are now married 32 years with 4 grown children and 1 grandson. This is the BEST rental we have had in 40 years of going to OCMD. We had one issue with parking when we arrived. Someone parked in our designated parking space. I called the rental management company, they were zero help. They suggested I park in someone else's spot, and leave a note saying "that someone parked in my spot". It was a ridiculous suggestion. Not a reflection of the rental owners at all. But we had to pay for parking on the street until the car moved. Regardless, we LOVE this condo, the location and inside amenities. Also, I chose this rental because it has a pool. However, it seemed to be more of a seagull bird bath. The seagulls were always in the water or pooping on the pool deck and chairs. I guess that's difficult to avoid if no one is onsite to manage it. So we never got to use the pool. But we still enjoyed our stay. Staying here was great because there were a lot of good dining options within walking distance. We loved walking the boards each night and going down to the Ferris Wheel, beach access and people watching. 10/10 Highly recommend!

It means the world to hear this was the best rental you've had in all those years, and we love that the big ensuite bedrooms, the roomy family room, and especially that balcony over the boardwalk made the space work so well for the whole family. We're sorry that the parking situation and the phone call fell short of the help you deserved when someone took your designated spot, and we've shared that with the local team to look into. The seagulls around the pool are a tricky part of oceanfront life, and we're sorry it kept you from enjoying the water the way you'd hoped. None of it dimmed how much you clearly loved the location, the walks along the boards, and the Ferris Wheel evenings, and that comes through beautifully.
