The Space:

Take in beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony and living room at Fountainhead Towers 606, a wonderful home base for your adventures in North Ocean City. This oceanfront condo offers a fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher), central air conditioning to keep you cool, and a washer/dryer to refresh your wardrobe nightly - all mere steps from the ocean beach.



Situated just across the dunes from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great oceanfront view

Great condo, modern and well appointed. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable but everything else was up to or exceeded expectations. Great balcony view of the ocean and the pool was great.

AMAZING !

We absolutely loved this place! Very spacious,clean and beautifully decorated.we were on the 6th floor so the fast elevators was a plus you don’t find that a lot down here. Pool deck was great also a smooth walk to the beach.would definitely stay here again.

OUR HAPPY PLACE

This was a lovely unit. Front balcony is lovely has table for dining overlooking the ocean and pool. Perfect for those who like to spend time outside without going down to the beach The beds are very firm. The mattress on the sofa bed in the living room wasn't comfortable. Kitchen is small good for only one person at a time. Back bedroom was hot and the fan didn't work (which I found out when leaving). There was an issue that was upsetting but addressed quickly by management. Beautiful sunsets from bayside balcony each evening. Sadly not much space for renters to store grocery items. No ice maker and no ice cube trays. We were very fortunate to have had a beautiful week for the beach. Thanks to the Security Staff, Owner, and VRBO and Vascasa for making our stay a nice one.
