Beautiful and well maintained 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Ocean Block family-only unit.

This beautiful family-only apartment is conveniently located in Midtown Ocean City, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the bay. The unit comes fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second and two twins in the 3rd, plus a full size pull out sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee maker, blender and all eating and cooking utensils. Everything you would need for a home cooked meal.

The unit has cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning /heating. There is a large front and rear deck, and a good size picnic table on the rear deck which is perfect for crab and seafood feasts!

Linens aren't provided so please bring sheets/queen pillow cases and towels.

Lodging Agreement and copy of ID required for all bookings.

Great getaway

Location is great, clean and has everything you need for a big family. The wash spots outside the building are such a plus. Is right next to a beach access. Parking could be better but not horrible.

Nice place - Great Location

Great location. Very short walk to beach and plenty of beach space. Lots of good places to eat, shop and play nearby. Owner had good suggestions for activities and restaurants. Size good for family of 4.

Perfect Place!

Location, cleanliness and ease of communication with property owner makes this a perfect place to stay and enjoy OCMD! Easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, clean, huge patio out back with clothes lines to hang wet towels and bathing suits, and owner Jonathan was very responsive and even met us at the property to hand deliver the keys. Would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend

We stayed at the Sandpiper as a surprise last minute get away for the kiddos. This condo was close to the beach, very clean and conveniently located on 75th street. The owner Jonathan was great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved this house! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Front and back deck. Awesome location for quiet family time and very short distance to the beach! We loved every minute of it.

We had a wonderful trip, place was clean, super close to the beach, andwe had a week filled with beach and Jeep fun! It will be wonderful when the dryer is fixed... It's rather obnoxious. But all else was great!

Great location, away from the crowds and craziness!

We were looking for a quiet area away from the active boardwalk and we found just that. Jonathan was super helpful and very great to communicate with. Unit was super clean and very enjoyable. We will be back next year! Thank you Jonathan!!

Best beach vacation

We were so happy with how close the house was to the beach! The street was nice and quiet, safe for kids. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. No parties here. Loved it 😊.

Perfect for families. No parties. A short walk to the beach. Many places to eat and enjoy within walking distance. For a short drive, we highly recommend Captain Mac's for an unusual place for dinner. Get there early. They close at 7:30pm and are always busy. Old Pro Mini Golf has an indoor and outdoor range. We played both. Great fun and very busy. The indoor range was done very creatively. The downside is the traffic.

Wonderful get away

Our family of 8 (inc 3 kids 5 and under) had a wonderful relaxing get away. Jonathan was excellent with communication and making us feel comfortable and safe - the disinfecting of the property was evident! This is a really nice part of OC - quieter and lovely!

Even the weather couldn’t dampen our stay!

The Sandpiper was perfect! Although our weather was more like March than Memorial Day weekend, complete with gale-like winds, this place was perfect! We were so close to the beach and it was beautiful! The location is far enough from OC-proper that we didn’t have to worry about parking or noise, but close enough to do whatever we wanted! The dining table was a great size for our rainy-day board games and the Door Dash deliveries! We would definitely book again for our next OC visit!

Great unit for family vacation

Great location, quiet street for Ocean City (no high rises nearby), wonderful front deck furnishings and back deck with large picnic table. Super quick, easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms were small, but adequate as we were only in them for sleeping - the rest of the time was spent on the porches or the beach! Unit had everything required for a great stay. Great unit for the price. Will definitely rent again.

Nice time

We enjoyed our stay . Great access to the beach. Parking is very hard if you have more than one vehicle, that was the only drawback.

Cute Place

We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much. Quiet building in great location. Had most everything we needed but we were unaware that we needed to bring ALL the bed linens down to the pillows and blankets. I must have missed something! The Queen mattress was hard as rock! We made due and had a very nice mini vacation

Great Location & Layout

This property was in a great location, on first floor, and had a nice layout for two family’s of four. Beds were a little firm, but we are definitely booking for our next trip to OCMD!

Week at OC.

The condo was fine. Well kept and what you expect at a the beach. Good Wifi and good TV channels. Its nice to be near the beach. Beds were on the extra firm side. All in all it was a fine place to stay for a week.

Cute little condo

This was a cute little condo and we had a good family vacation! We managed to get ‘white’ street parking spots after the first night. Definitely a short walk from the beach. When cooking/using the kitchen the main room would get warm and the thermostat was locked above 70, so the place did take a while to cool down. We played plenty of family games and enjoyed our time together. I’d Definitely recommend this place for families with smaller kids and fewer adults!

This is an amazing first floor walk up which is great for families and those where walking up too many stairs is a challenge. It felt like home the minute I walked in door. There is also a medical center next door if any medical challenges come up during a trip so I feel very safe.
