The Space:

Offering access to incredible shared amenities, including indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a whirlpool spa, an exercise room, saunas, and a children’s play area, this marvelous, family-friendly condo is simply unbeatable! This tastefully decorated condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above.



Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with an outdoor dining area. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks. Then, you all can rest for a while watching TV or reading in the living room before heading out to one of the pools or the beach!

BUILDING REGISTRATION FEE: A $50 non-refundable building registration fee, payable in cash, is required at check-in.

The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great clean condo, great location and fantastic views. The King bed is also very comfortable. condo came stocked with everything a guest might need (including towels sheets soap which was rare for the area lol). The sound and views and size of balcony also fantastic. The only minor thing was the cleaning crew left wet towels from previous guests in one of the bathrooms (not a big deal as Im sure turnover was rapid as its peak season) and the remotes were all kind of sticky for some reason. Other than that it was a great place to stay at. Would 100% recommend!

This was a BEAUTIFUL space for my husband and me to get away for a little while. Perfect views of the ocean, clean and relaxing environment. The location was perfect for us, with restaurants and activities downstairs and nearby. My only regret is that I didn't book for a longer stay! It was easy to get to, with an extra parking garage for overflow (and keeping your car out of the sun). Easy walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not too crowded in early June. Will definitely look into re-booking for future getaways.

We were staying at the Carousel with a large group, many of whom also rented condos. This was the best one out of all of our friends' places! So well decorated, clean, with great views of the ocean and sound. Great location. We were here for a hockey tournament, it was the best weekend of my 7-year-old's life.

We had a great stay! The time of year we like to go to the beach is after school is back in so that there aren't a ton of other people. This was a great location and the condo was super cute! Had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo!

This condo gives you the best of both worlds! You have the beautiful ocean front views for the sunrises and the gorgeous furnished bayside balcony for the sunsets. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony. We have stayed at many oceanfront condos over the years and this is by far, one of the best ones. Loved every minute of being there!

Perfect Getaway

Location is perfect, easy walk to everything you need. Beautiful views, ocean front sunrise from one balcony and bay side sunset on the other. Condo was well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kids loved the building amenities. Appreciated the provided linens and towels. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful! The decor inside is so cute, the furniture on both the patio towards the ocean and the balcony towards the bay have nice seating and decor (I noticed others do not have any or very little!), and it was clean upon arrival. The private washer and dryer are a big help and the kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook. This condo has everything you need! We highly recommend and we plan to rent this condo in the future!

Oceanfront condo

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels. The location was great!! Overall we were very pleased and would not hesitate to book this place again.

Amazing!

We had a great time staying at 1703 Carousel! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping and enjoying all that Ocean City has to offer! As a bonus, the Ice skating rink was open and my kids got to ice skate for the first time ever. I would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Getaway

Spring at the beach is windy but it’s gorgeous and laid back. The kids enjoyed digging in the sand, flying kites and eating out with no lines. The condo was cozy and decorated so cute! Thanks for a lovely trip!

Lovely condo

This was our 5th year renting a condo at the Carousel, each year being a different condo. So far this condo has been our favorite. Nicely remodeled and as always great views. Our son looks forward to the pools every year.

1703 - Best Condo at the Carousel!!

1704 is One of the cleanest, well maintained, and well furnished condos we have stayed in at the Carousel. Loved the outdoor furniture on both the front and back porches and the openness of the unit was great for the family. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Ideal property at the beach

I can't say enough nice things about this listing. The unit was very clean, and the balcony facing the ocean is huge. In addition, the property has its own 'second balcony' along the bay side of the property -- besides having a great view, you can have either sun or shade almost all day. Highly recommend renting this condo!
