EXCLUSIVE 100-ft Oceanfront Balcony -- 3 Bed/2.5 Bath End-Unit Condo @ Sea Watch

Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru October there is a one-time $65 fee per vehicle to utilize the garage for your stay.

Condo is in great location for the off-season activities:
• Near the Ocean City Winterfest of Lights.
• Sea Watch is in the middle of the Ocean City Christmas Parade route.
•. Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center with on-going performances.
•. Watch the off-season parades/events curbside: Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•. Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Liquid Assets, Saltwater75, Nantucket’s, RopeWalk, Tailchasers, etc.

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

Most Amazing Views

We stayed for 3 weeks from the end of January until mid February. The condo has sliding doors on three sides. Seven in all, 5 across the front with direct ocean views everywhere you look. The sun rise is unbelievable to wake up to. And the sunsets were some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. With Food Lion just a block away and Bull on the Beach not far, we were definitely in Paradise. Jack is a great host and was just a phone call away to answer any questions. Thank you Jack for your help. We will be back. God willing. ithin a few blocks to make

Absolutely perfect spot for an end of year family getaway to the beach. So comfortable and the views from the porch were unbelievable. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

Winter Vacation Stay

This was an excellent trip to come to the beach in December. The place was immaculate, and the views were stunning all the way around the unit. It was great to wake up and watch the sunrise every morning. Jack was awesome and very responsive and helped us extend our stay. We actually look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we want to stay in Ocean City in the same unit. Thank you ,Jack for memorable stay.The Brown Family

Mini Christmas Vacation

For the past few years, our family has taken a mini-vacation to Ocean City and the Delaware beaches for their Christmas parades, tree lightings, light displays, and just as a bit of respite before the full on rush of the holiday season. While we've stayed at many OC condominiums (including SeaWatch) in the past, this was our first time staying in this unit -- it was absolutely spectacular...just wow! The condo sits at the front of the building with walls of sliding glass doors providing amazing views of the beach/ocean from both indoors or the stunning wrap-around balcony. Inside, each of the bedrooms is meticulously decorated and filled with plenty of storage. The kitchen/living/dining areas all flow together creating the perfect gathering space after a long day. As a bonus, the owners have stocked the condo with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay. It's clear that this condo has been exquisitely renovated with much care and thought. We will absolutely be back in the future. Highly recommend this SeaWatch condo for your next family vacation!

Beautiful, modern woth spectacular view!

We traveled with family for Thanksgiving week. There were 18 of us, spread throughout multiple condos in the same building. Some of us rented larger units because they needed more bedrooms for grandparents & children, but everyone ended up in our unit because it was just so beautiful! The huge balcony truly is spectacular. Communication with the owner was easy, and he checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was satisfactory. If we go to Ocean City again for Thanksgiving, we will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

Best place in OCMD

Beautiful condo with the best ocean view. SeaWatch has all the amenities and is perfexg for families with young kids. The property owner is great go work with and has always been helpful and accommodating. We love coming here and we will be back!

From the moment you walk in, the breathtaking views will captivate you! The property is very well maintained and makes you feel at home right away. Perfection! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, spacious, close to grocery store, restaurants, and everything you need. The condo itself is amazing with an enormous balcony ocean front. Property owners are very easy to communicate with, friendly, professional and respond promptly. Very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints and me and my family want to come back every year!

Perfect vacation!

This wasn’t far the best condo we have ever stayed at in Ocean City. The unit had everything we needed and the beach chairs and toys came in so handy. The unit is decorated beautifully and the huge ocean front balcony was our favorite part. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, checking in on us after our arrival and check out to see how everything went with our stay!!

Sun and Fun

If you are looking for the best balcony in OC and the best host with a perfect location, this is the place. Condo was super clean, excellent layout with open floor plan for kitchen, living room, and dining room, with ocean views from every room. Great outdoor pool, indoor pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball, and kiddy pool with ocean just steps away. Very kid friendly. Wonderful having the washer and dryer right in the unit. Came with lots of new beach chairs so leave yours at home. Grocery store, beer store, and pharmacy 2 blocks away all within walking distance. Host was amazing and super helpful. Answered any questions within minutes. Had a great week and looking forward to returning.

Perfect place to spend your vacation.

The unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you would need available. Beds were comfortable, very clean huge unit and it had an unbelievable balcony. The building had many amenities and even a snack shop. The owner was in contact throughout our stay and aiming to please. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic vacation condo!

This condo is amazing! Everything is as advertised and I was pleased to find some key staples such as a hair dryer located within the condo. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. The only (small) downside was the blinds were hard to open and close. They also provided very little light blocking so my kids were up at sunrise each day.

Simply THE BEST!!!

This was our third stay in this AMAZING CONDO !! We could never stay elsewhere … Besides the unit being totally renovated & comfortable… the 100 foot oceanfront deck is beyond words !! To wake up to the gorgeous sunrise each morning is the best medicine available! Total tranquility!! And … the Host goes above & beyond for any needs … DON’T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO STAY HERE !!!

What an amazing beautiful oceanfront $1m view! Beautifully decorated high end unit. Access to ocean view balcony from every bedroom! Can’t say enough good things and the owner Jack was very responsive and so kind. This has to be one of the or the best OC has to offer. You will NOT be disappointed. Best OC Rental Around!!

The pictures posted for this rental do it no justice. It is the most beautiful and amazing property! All of the amenities that are included are top notch. You can't beat the view from the balcony (which goes on and on). The property owner was readily available for the one question I had and even took the time to follow up once we arrived to make sure we had everything and were comfortable. This was a long weekend girls trip and I can't wait to come back with my family. 100 + stars!!!!
