Relax and enjoy the taste of the tropics in this tastefully and beautifully decorated coastal condo for your perfect beach escape in North Ocean City. Spend a vacation finding serenity in this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. With a small private patio with outdoor dining area, this family-friendly condo is the best beach spot around.



This retreat is located on the first floor, ocean side just steps away from the ocean front. Stroll along the beach and shorelines soaking up the sunshine for the ultimate relaxing vacation! Spend unforgettable mornings and evenings lounging on the covered front patio – taking in the warm breezes and the scent of the sweet salty air.



Luxury amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove with convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot. Free WiFi, Cable & Smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Private washer & dryer, A/C, private parking space. Bedrooms offer a King bed in the primary suite, Queen bed in the spare bedroom – Brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the Living area (sleeps 6). Private balcony with brand new outdoor furniture.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great condo near the beach

This condo is in a great location only steps from the beach. We appreciated the large front porch with included beach gear. Will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

Location/cleanliness

Location was perfect! Close to all activities/restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas all included! Towels linens all included and everything was very clean!

Great stay and a great place

Perfect for our family getaway. Great location (abojt 50 yd walk to beach). The property had a beach buggy for our use which was key. Inside looked like it was remodeled and updated. Outdoor showers were great to Rinse off the sand. Every restaurant and entertainment was close. Highly recommend!

Great location

Spent five nights with family for vacation. Location is perfect, just a few buildings away from the beach and this unit is 1st floor condo which makes it really easy. Plenty of beach accessories available to use which was also a plus. Condo was clean and updated with everything you need.

Location and easy access to the beach, the condo was comfortable with reserved parking, many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Nice

The condo was nicely renovated in a quiet area close to the beach. The beds were comfy and and clean. There is no central AC but the window units worked well ( although a bit loud). Kitchen could be better stocked as there were no knives, dustpan, and very little pots and Tupperware. Overall it was a good stay.
