The Space:

A dreamy vacation awaits when you stay at this family home in Tidal Walk! Enjoy leisurely 10-minute bike rides to the beautiful shores of Bethany Beach. Spend sunny days at the shared pool or play games at the clubhouse. Read in the hammocks underneath the home or enjoy the foilage from one of two decks. Ideal for entertaining, the first floor features an open-concept living area with wood floors, modern furnishings, and sliding glass doors that showcase the natural beauty. Connected to the kitchen and the primary suite, a home office is perfect for working remotely. The main bedroom features deck access and an en suite bathroom. A sparkling kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island. Upstairs, a second living space has a flat-screen TV and doors to the upper deck. There are four guest bedrooms – two are connected by a bathroom, while the other two each have an en suite bathroom. Two of the rooms have deck access – catch some rays or enjoy stargazing at night. Added perks include a gas grill and beach chairs. Spacious Beach Family Getaway

Amazing location for two families and grand parents to stay. Easy biking distance to Sea Colony (where we had other family staying) and to the beach in Bethany. Very well equipped with games and bikes and TVs for down time. Comfortable beds and couches and space for big family dinners. Great communication!

Great House!

Great place to stay right near a cul-de-sac with plenty of space inside and out. Nice pool in short walking distance. Great open floor plan with all the utensils needed. The bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms and there was a powder room on the first floor so it's great for a big family. The master suite is great and private! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

We previously stayed in another home in the same development and knew that we loved the street. This house was clean, modern, and beautiful. My kids (ages 4 and 5) love the community pool, and it's the perfect spot to chill after mornings at the beach. It's a quick and easy drive to Bethany, as well as other area attractions.

Spacious and Well Appointed Relaxation Haven

Had an amazing stay at this thoughtfully furnished and incredibly comfortable home. Great gathering space on deck and in family room for 2-3 families to share meals. Easily bikable to Bethany and Sea Colony where other extended family were staying. Awesome little neighborhood pool. And our pup enjoyed catch in the yard and sunning on the deck. We’d happily return!

Broken dishwasher no plates fridge needed filter. Kitchen good. Not sure worth $8000.00 for the week

It was a very lovely house. One problem was I left a garbage bag full of beach towels and beach bag. In a green garbage bag. Can you please call me and we can arrange for me to get it… Phyllis Sell 412-610-5606

Fabulous home

This home is gorgeous! Decor is perfect - beachy but not over the top. Our family truly felt at home in the house. My husband said it is the best he ever slept in a vacation house - he was that comfortable there. The front steps are plentiful and steep - something to consider when renting this home. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better but that was not a huge deal. I like to cook so some better knives and a few more utensils would have helped. Also would have liked tvs in the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker for me but my family mentioned it. The community pool was awesome. A great stop for my daughters after a few hours at the beach. It is a quick drive to the beach and shops. The location is really great. And the neighborhood was awesome - everyone was really friendly and it was very relaxed. We will absolutely rent this home again.
