This cozy getaway is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen, full, and two twin beds with soft mattress pad toppers. The bedroom with twin beds has a tv with a roku streaming device. Pack-and-play crib and 2 box fans also provided. One full bath with tub/shower and 1/2 bath off the master. Hair dryer included as well towels and shampoo/conditioner, and body wash making your stay convenient and refreshing. The house stays cool with air conditioning and offers heating for cooler days. Laundry room has washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and ironing board. Kitchen has oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher with complimentary dishwasher detergent, small drip coffee pot, keurig, complimentary coffee pods and creamer, microwave, and a few snacks stocked! Dining area with counter bar seating and high chair also. There is a designated office space with free wifi and a wireless printer. Living room has recliner, sectional couch, and large smart 50 inch tv with dvd/vcr (movies choices stocked) as well as free internet channels menu. The carport parking keeps you out of the rain and makes loading and unloading conveniently located on one level. The backyard has a fire pit surrounded by country picturesque views. A Dollar General is conveniently located 2 min. away for last minute supplies and Nonna's Pizza and Hot Subs is just 3 min. away for a quick, hearty meal. WalMart also will deliver to this address. Fun Branson, Missouri, refreshing Bull Shoals Lake, and the relaxing Buffalo River are all roughly a 30 min drive away. While cozy Harrison is just 15 min away with it's small-town hospitality and local amenities. Whether you’re getting ready for a day out or winding down in the evening, you’ll find everything you need right here. We would love to welcome you to our place.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! All of the amenities were greatly appreciated. My kids loved the games and dvd selection. And the beds were super comfortable with soft bedding and towels. We will be back!

Such a cute house! It was clean and nice snd just what we were looking for. We like to go to Branson on occasion and we're hoping its available next time we go. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Apple Tree House, which was very close to the property we are developing for our new home. We did experiece a problem during our stay - Santanna and her husband were very responsive to our concern, and fair in their resolution. If I were to give it a critique, I'd say the kitchen could be a little better stocked for food prep. The home was clean, and yard well manacured. We would definitely stay there again!

I was glad to have chosen this house for my family's stay in the Harrison area. I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail for every part of our stay there. We enjoyed the large, beautiful yard and the fireflies at night. We all slept well and were very comfortable and happy with our accommodations.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with our family. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Your thoughtfulness and hospitality were evident in every detail, and you went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The peaceful country setting was exactly what we needed—a quiet, relaxing escape from the busyness of everyday life.We especially enjoyed spending time around the fire pit in the evenings, making memories and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Our kids absolutely loved having their own space, and it made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family.It's not often that you find a place that feels both special and familiar, but your home did just that. We are leaving feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about how much we'd love to come back someday.

This house is right off the highway and situated at a cross roads but has a nice-sized front yard and mostly private back yard with nice country views of pastures, cows, haybales, and a pond.
