We stayed during PBA student drop off. The location was great as it was walking distance to the school, or a short drive. The pool was a hit with the kids and the cabana offered flexible sleeping options.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, beautiful, and made for a really nice getaway. The location was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The backyard was beautiful, and we really enjoyed having the outdoor space to relax and hang out. The house was spacious, comfortable, and worked really well for our group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!A couple of things to note: the pool was extremely warm, almost like a hot tub, so it wasn’t very refreshing when we wanted to cool off. The pool lights also never turned on, which made it pretty dark outside at night. Communication with the owners was also a little difficult since it was primarily through an automated system and we weren’t always able to get a direct response quickly. Other than those things, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property!

Conversation with the host ran smoothly before arrival. We didn't learn there would be no AC in the main house until we arrived. We were told someone would be out between 8 or 9am the following morning to fix the ac. No one showed around the stated time. I had to reach back out . By this time, my family was agitated and looking at me to get something done. We decided to get dress and get out the house. We were gone pretty much all day. Someone showed before we left, around 11am to fix the ac. I really wish we didn't have this issue. To be fair, the host did supply fans and a small ac window unit , but as I explained to them it merely circulated the warm air. This set a bad tone for our trip and put a damper on our stay. There was iguana poop around the hot tub and in some of the lounge chairs so we didn't swim. I made these reservations in like June or July 2026 for an Oct 2026 stay. Though money was wasted, the sad part was we couldn't utilize the main house because it was hot! We had to escape to the Cabana or just "suffer" and that is unacceptable. I did ask to be compensated for the inconvience, but regardless, I/we can't get that time back. In this day and age, time is our most valuable asset. Yes, the pictures look great online. It's what attracted me to the place but I wouldn't book here again.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location (5 minutes from the beach and downtown area), the well supplied kitchen, and the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Historic, quaint home with beautiful tropical pool area. Great sense of privacy within the historic neighborhood.

The owner and property manager were very hospitable. The owner called shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Love the pool and the cabana!

Great accommodations

We had a great vacation in Flamingo Parks. The house and cabana were beautiful, clean, and spacious for our group of four. The pool was refreshing between outings including local beaches, museums, and restaurants. Geoff and Veronica were extremely accommodating and communicative for our needs. Highly recommend!!

Exquisite west palm home

This home was delightful for our family vacation. The outdoor pool area was beautiful and the home is decorated to highlight its unique history. Perfect for all West Palm Beach and Palm Beach have to offer. As my niece said “I love it here” We would love to return.

Perfect West Palm Home

This was a return visit to this property and by the end of our visit we were talking about returning for a third visit. The location is perfect for us, close to airport, close to Palm Beach and access to wonderful restaurants all around us. And the property with its beautiful pool area met all our expectations.

WPB - Flamingo Park

The house and cabana are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It's a beautiful house, in a very nice neighborhood that is very close to restaurants, the airport and area attractions in West Palm Beach. The owner was very gracious and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. It's a perfect place to stay in WPB!

Great house in a great location

This home is beautiful and the location is great. Short distances to all the things West Palm Beach has to offer. It was very clean and the pool was a bonus. I did not need anything so did't communicate with the hosts- just for check in and check out which was very easy.

Perfect for Two Couples

Had an awesome time! The house was clean and well-maintained -- and the layout (main house + pool house/cabana) worked perfectly for us: two couples each with one child under 2. Also, easy 15min walk to City Place (downtown shops/restaurants). Highly recommend :)

Wonderful, even in midsummer

Really nice.! Clean, great beds (even if one was a little high for us but that's because we were all over 60!), pool was all you could ask for. Close to great restaurants too. Cabana out back was a gift as one of us was a night person as well. Will definitely come back!

Nice house - close to WPB city life and beach!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Palm Ridge after booking a last minute trip to WPB. The house is beautiful and has some really nice features including resort style pool and amenities. A Beautiful Vacation Home

We have stayed at this beautiful home 3 years in a row and every year it just gets better and better. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained at a high level. Our family looks forward to staying here every year. The owner, Geoff is a pleasure to interact with and the property manager, Matthew is equally delightful. Looking forward to our next chance to stay at your home!!!

Perfect Holiday

Loved the house and the location. It delivered everything it had promised. Good size for a family of 4 and we barely used the Cabana. Pool is fab and location ideal. A short walk from City Place and very close to I95 for traveling anywhere. I would certainly be looking to use this property again if I return to WPB.

West Palm Beach at Xmas

Three adults stayed at this beautiful home through the Xmas holiday. It was perfect with 3 separate bedrooms. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with cabana air conditioning and the response from owner was very prompt. Excellent location for our purposes. Great neighborhood for daily walks.would definitely stay again.
