The renovated chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for real meals, featuring a brand new induction cook feel, double oven with microwave, KitchenAid appliances, and two refrigerators — perfect for family dinners, holiday cooking, or keeping everyone stocked for a long lake weekend.

The main living space is warm and inviting, centered around a cozy fireplace with plenty of room to settle in after a day outside. Board games, a piano, electric drum set, and a dedicated office add a mix of fun and function, whether you’re here to fully unplug or just need a quiet spot to answer a few emails before heading back to the dock.

The home comfortably sleeps guests across four bedrooms:

Family/Playroom: Two twin beds

Two modern bathrooms add comfort and convenience, including one with a steam shower — a little spa-like bonus after lake days, ski days, or chilly New Hampshire mornings.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
