Sliding doors lead you out to your private balcony, where peaceful views of the lush courtyard and sparkling community pool set the tone for morning coffee or evening drinks. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a mosaic tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for two—perfect for casual bites—while the dining table for six creates the ideal setting for shared meals and conversation. Every detail of Moorings Pool Overview is designed to make your stay feel like a breezy, resort-style escape.

The Moorings at Lantana is a private community, and the HOA registers and approves every stay before you check-in. Please note the following:

• After you book, each guest 18+ completes a short application and e-signs the stay agreement via DocuSign — all electronic, about 10 minutes. Married couples may submit one joint application.

• You'll need: basic contact info, date of birth, SSN (for the HOA's screening), home address, employer name & position, a photo of your government ID, and vehicle info if you're bringing one.

• We cover 100% of the application, screening, and HOA fees. No cost to you, nothing to print.

• Please complete these documents as soon as you can! If documents aren't returned in time your reservation may be cancelled with a full refund to you.



COMMUNITY RULES:

• Maximum 6 overnight guests; only approved applicants listed on the lease may stay.

• No guest pets permitted.

• Assigned parking only; vehicles must be HOA-registered. No boats, trailers, campers/RVs, or vehicles with visible commercial signage.

• Pool/common areas: maximum 4 visitors at a time; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
