The space

Guest access
We will ask for your email address and phone number. We will then send you a lease, saying that you’ve already paid, and that you’ll be staying at our place. We will submit this lease to the community to give you Gate Code access to the property. You must send your email and phone number after booking in order for us to get you into the property. Thank you in advance for accepting these terms to staying at our house in Rancho Mirage :). Failure to sign the lease will restrict you from accessing the home, therefore cancelling your stay, and we will tell VRBO that you do not wish to stay with us because of our required terms of service within the community and that you want to cancel.

Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed in the house, and can result in a $2500 fine.


Master Bedroom Closet is off limits

No crypto mining is allowed on the property. Tampering with the electrical outlets is not permitted. Touching, opening, or tampering with the fuse boxes is not permitted. Tampering with the Tesla charger is not permitted. Tampering with the wifi is not permitted, or changing the wifi in any way is also not permitted. Tampering with the locks or changing them in any way is not permitted. Tampering with the Ring cameras or changing them in any way is not permitted. We will bill you up to $10,000 if you violate these terms.

Chlorine pool. Do not add salt and do not direct pool company. This will cause pool to turn green.

PLEASE NOTE!! The right burner on grill outside is still stuck open and you will need to turn on and off with main Valve under the BBQ.


By staying at this home, you are agreeing to these terms. These terms supersede all other verbal, written, or otherwise agreed upon contracts or agreements.
