Pietro was very responsive- the booking agency created a bit of confusion. I would communicate with Pietro directly via What’s app. The apartment was immaculate, and accessible to Old Monopoli.

Great location, easy walk to historic centre. Spacious and comfortable. Appears to parking available, host quick to respond. Just as advertised. Thank you for a comfortable lovely place to stay.

Great Apartment

Spacious and super clean apartment walkable to the historic center and the beach! Pietro was nearby and met us at check-in and check out, he had fantastic recommendations for a restaurants as well! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Monopoli/ Monopoli

The house was a great place to stay and the pics were right on. It had numerous attractions and great restaurants that were in town and walkable. Additionally, Polignano, Albertoville, Matera and others were a short drive away, We had a great time in the area and enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

This location is fabulous. Everything is walking distance. Super easy check in and check out. The host answered all our questions quickly and anticipated all our needs. Highly recommend

Our apartment was perfect! It’s steps from the beach and a quick walk to the old port and old town. It was even better than the pictures! Pietro is a gracious host and very communicative. Parking is in front and free and there’s a good grocery store across the street. Monopoli is a great location for exploring Puglia. We would definitely stay there again. Grazie, Pietro!

Parking was readily available & free. Centre Al to everything & grocery store was across the street. The tourist tax was double what our confirmation stated. The biggest disappointment was the lack of towels ( 3 bath towels for 5 adults & no tea towels).

The apartment was close to grocery stores, bakeries, rotisserie chicken, cafes. Although there was no view of the sea it was a short walk. The historical center was also about a 15 minute walk so very manageable. The apartment itself had all the amenities. Very clean. Our host provided guidance of local places whenever we asked. A bonus was free parking. It was a great place.

The only negative on this property is that there was one bed less than what was listed In one bedroom the twins were sheeted together and made into a double The prop manager refused to take them apart or provide sheets for me to do so

Beautiful property and great location! We were only there two nights and very much enjoyed. Lovely attention to detail, nice balconies and very walkable. Would definitely stay again!
