This property is a dream. Beautiful views. Great layout for a family of 4. Very responsive management. Steps are only a problem if you have mobility issues as our young kids did fine with them. You will note that the nearby beach is under construction but it was not a problem as there are other nice beaches within walking distance and we didn't hear construction noises. We are ready to come back in a few years and stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with fabulous views of the sea, a huge terrace, and wonderful balcony off the bedroom so you can hear the waves and feel the sea breeze as you sleep. Excellent location and gracious host.

Stunning views from terrace! There are 36 steep steps to the apartment however when you make it to the top the views of the sea are beautiful.

Fabulous location and outdoor patio and view

Wonderful stay and best swimming every day just outside property, but be sure to say beforehand the number of people staying with you since we were charged 40Eu each for more than 3 people each night, significantly increasing cost.

We loved Monopoli and our stay at Monopoli Terrace/Nettuno was perfect. The location could not be better! Our host Guisy, was very helpful in assisting us with any and every request. Highly recommend!

Monopoli

Fabulous location overlooking the Monopoli water front. Large private deck with outdoor sink, dining table and lounge chairs. The apartment is spacious. Great for long term too!

Beautiful property with a world class view. Really enjoyed the Old Town setting and proximity to beaches. Mrs. Guisy was very responsive for any request or need.

Amazing 8 nights

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location. It is very clean and what a view! The manager Giusy was super helpful and always available for any questions. Monopoli is a beautiful town and perfect for exploring the Puglia region. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Truly magical

The perfect spot for our stay in Monopoli. Couldn’t have asked for better location. The apartment instantly felt like home. Will definitely be back. Communication with Guisy was great.

Beautiful view & perfect location

The property exceeded our expectations. Our host, Giusy, was super friendly and helpful. She met us at the entrance to the old town and helped us with our suitcases. She recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous terrace.

The perfect apartment!

This apartment was absolutely perfect in terms of the apartment itself, the incredible balcony and a wonderful location. Giusy, the apartment manager, is a kind, lovely lady whom it was a pleasure to meet. She went out of her way to ensure that we had a marvelous stay. We recommend this property unreservedly !

I can’t say enough about this place!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! The apartment was perfect, the area was perfect. Giusy was our contact and she was so helpful with her recommendations and getting us a driver when we needed one. Yes, there are steep stairs that you are required to use to get to the apartment, but the views make every step worth it. As long as you’re able to climb stairs, don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Monopoli dream place

The Monopoli place is conveniently located in old town and is walking distance to dining and swimming. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the ocean. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. The property manager, Giusy, is extremely helpful and a very good communicator. Our whole family of 5 really enjoyed the stay and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Monopoly.

We were lucky enough to stay here 8 nights, and it was an absolute dream. We looked forward to coming “home” every time we were out, the apartment looks right over the sea which you see from even the bedroom, position is ideal as you can access beach and centro storico as soon as you leave the place. Giusy, the host could not be more accomodating and she cares deeply for her town and the surrounding region. We just wanted ro stay forever, what a gem.

"My wife and I spent two weeks at this apartment. It is very clean,quiet and located in a prime area. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The quality of this apartment is excellent. The terrace is spacious with a spectacular panorama of the Adriatic Sea and local beach. The outdoor furnishings are very nice. The owner Francesca is charming and friendly."
