A foosball table on the main floor adds an extra element of fun for guests of all ages. The property also features private on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles and/or golf carts.

- Lower Level



One level below the main living, dining, and kitchen area, guests will find a second lounge and entertainment space featuring:

- Private Primary Suite



Located on the lowest level of the home, the spacious primary suite features:

- Upper Level



Located one level above the main living area:



• One King bedroom

• One bedroom with two Twin beds. This room has an external door which can be locked with a high sliding lock and is also connected to the King bedroom. This setup allows for two independent rooms or two connected rooms like a family suite ideal for families traveling with children.



Guests on this level share a spacious full hallway bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.



This floor also features an ocean-view balcony with outdoor seating.



- Top Level



The highest level of the home features:



• One King bedroom

• Small walk-in closet

• En-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and toilet

• Private ocean-view terrace with seating area



- Additional bathrooms include:



• Guest half bathroom on the main floor

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials including coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable).



Our Concierge Team can assist with car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

• A refundable security deposit hold of $2,000 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.

• This is a multi-level home with stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues
