A modern 2-room apartment where you can enjoy sunshine all day long and a panoramic view of the island. The comfortably furnished living room features a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.), a sleeper sofa, a rocking chair, and a dining area for 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (which can also be separated into two single beds), a sliding-door closet, and a TV. All rooms are accessible from the spacious hallway, including the modern shower room with a towel radiator. From the balcony, you have a view toward the Wadden Sea (Rantum Basin). A bicycle storage room, covered parking space, cable TV, and Wi-Fi are also included. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A garage is included with the apartment and can be rented for an additional fee. Upon request, we offer a linen package per person that includes bed linens, terry towels, and dish towels. Our apartments are located at Kjeirstr. 17, 25890 Westerland. <br>Just 300 m from the Westerland train station is our Haus Nordland, where our two well-furnished apartments await your visit. An elevator takes you directly to the floor of your apartment. Balcony with seating. Underground parking space also available. Laundry room and bike storage in the Mauritius building. <br>Location description: Thanks to the central location, you have all amenities practically right on your doorstep. Directly across the street is a shopping arcade where you’ll find, among other things, a bakery, a hair salon, and an EDEKA supermarket. You can rent bicycles in the immediate vicinity. <br>From this location, you can experience the island’s main town, Westerland, right from the start without having to travel far. <br>The Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone is about a 5-minute walk away. <br>If one of our offers has whetted your appetite for a wonderful vacation on Sylt, we’d be delighted to hear from you. <br>We can provide bed linens upon request.
