Designed for 2,we can accommodate your 3rd guest with a premium folding bed.Enjoy slow mornings and explore the Upper Valley.We are steps from Huntley Field and situated on the 2 mile Norwich walking loop(Thanksgiving Turkey Trot course!)as well as just minutes from the Saturday Norwich Farmers Market.An easy stroll takes you to Dan and Whit’s General Store.Ample room available in the cottage entry boot room for bicycle and gear storage.Simple, peaceful and perfectly located.Please note there are stairs to climb to get to the second floor studio, you must be able to navigate stairs.Owners reside on the property and are here to help if needed.

Absolutely delightful location, hosts, layout, decor and amenities. We were even greeted by a tasty pastry from the nearby King Arthur bakery, of which we’re quite fond. Such a pleasant and convenient venue, we are trying to cook up other reasons to return to the upper Valley so we can stay here.

I can't recommend this host and location more highlyThe hosts were gracious and accommodating and the space is beautifully appointed. We stayed a weekend while taking classes at the very nearby King Arthur Baking company.Will definitely stay again

This lovely and comfy place was a wow. Attention to detail and all effort to make you feel welcomed and at home. The ceramics, well stocked items and cozy furniture and bed. This was a gem of a stay that makes you appreciate people and their home. One of the best stays we have had. Thank you Lori , we will be back.

The cottage was perfect for our stay for classes at King Arthur Baking School. It is new and immaculate; Lori and Tim have a great aesthetic and were warm and welcoming hosts. Absolutely fantastic!

This little cottage was better than advertised! Lori was a wonderful and welcoming host and the little thoughtful touches made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The bed and linens provided allowed for a restful stay. We did not want to leave! It is also very easy to find and convenient to all the area attractions.

The best VRBO in the Upper Valley? I think so! Everything about this place was perfect, from the location to the plethora of walking and hiking trails right at your door to all the little amenities that elevated this from "just another VRBO" to a truly thoughtful and luxury experience. If you're looking for a place for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay in Norwich... look no further.

This is a wonderful place. Every detail is perfectly considered and the property is immaculate and extremely well appointed. The hosts are gracious and considerate. Great location. Will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

This property is outstanding, and the hosts were incredible. The unit was even nicer than we expected, and there were so many little extras that we didn’t expect. We were three traveling adults, and the rollaway single bed was extremely comfortable. It did not feel like an extra bed at all. The downstairs entry to the unit is very large and spacious, and we were able to keep all of our bags and luggage out of our way upstairs. No expense was spared, and we truly appreciate how welcoming Lori and Tim were as hosts. Would definitely come here time and time again.

This was a wonderful property in a great location in Norwich. A very short drive to Dartmouth College, as well as the King Arthur Baking Company. The cottage had everything that one could need and with so many thoughtful touches. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!
