This quiet and relaxing townhome is perfect for your next family retreat! Year-round this location is hard to beat! You'll have a private hot tub to relax those worn-out muscles at the end of a day full of activity. The large heated garage has plenty of room even with a large SUV. After a day of skiing, you can come back to a carpeted area with a bench as well as clothes and ski racks for six. This changing area has it all including boot warmers. Cozy up by the fireplace and play one of the many board games available or read a good book. This dog-friendly getaway features a convenient gas grill on the balcony along with an outdoor dining area, which makes it the perfect place to host a cookout.

What's nearby:
Located at the intersection of Wood River Dr. and Bird Dr., this complex is also contiguous to the bike path which, in the winter, is groomed for skiing. You'll be walking distance to the River Run side of Bald Mountain and the River Run Lifts. For the fisherman, Wood River is just one block away. You'll be about a half a mile away from downtown Ketchum where you'll have an array of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. In Sun Valley, about two and a half miles away, you can go ice skating at the Sun Valley Ice Rink or listen to some music at the Sun Valley Pavillion.

Overall, the unit was fine and adequate for what we needed. There are a lot of stairs and a lot of light switches that don’t seem to work or go to anything. The parking is horrible, especially if your car does not fit in the garage. We had two vehicles that did not fit in the garage and were told we could park in any open driveway spot. Be aware of the woman that owns the black Audi. She purposely parked so that we could not fit our vehicles in a spot and were forced to park down the street. Not ideal for loading and unloading items, especially at night. She was very rude and snarky to our children. This did not make for a positive experience at all. Because of this we definitely wouldn’t consider this property again.

Sun Valley Spring Break

Great location, good value, comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to lifts and lodge which is great. Also a short walk to town. Kitchen was nice and everything worked well. Bathrooms were nice too.

Beautiful location

It was very easy to book this property and check in. Extremely well stocked property; From house keys to towels to supplies to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would ever need. Parking in a garage laundry a hot tub. It has everything!

Easy Peasy

We had a great stay. Close to everything. Property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Area is quiet. Neighbors are friendly! Would consider staying here again. There are lots of notes around the property that pertain to winter guests that might seem like a lot, but we were there in summer so it wasn’t an issue!

Address was wrong / AC too loud to sleep

This was a great location unfortunately the Check in process was painful as the address listed does not show the actual condo so it took over 2 hours to get in and find help from the company that kept us on the phone for a very long time - once inside the AC was extremely loud in the bedroom was impossible to sleep and could ear it even with the ear plugs - they needed to replace the AC clearly and instead they rented out as is causing us to leave this honest review…

Great location and property reasonably priced

Great location and nice property that was reasonably priced for our stay. Property had everything necessary to cook, clean, and so forth--thanks to the owners who left extra supplies (not Vacasa/the property managers). We found extra TP, paper towels, laundry soap, even Windex for our use left by the owners in the laundry room! HUGE KUDOS AND POINTS FOR THE OWNERS because of the extra TP because we were in a pinch when we ran out and couldn't find any! Vacasa informrd us that they only leave a starter pack for residents!!! 4 little rolls of toilet paper just isn't enough...and I had even put 6 people on our reservation. I wasn't used to the master foam mattress type but figured it out. Was nice to try it without buying! People seem to live them. I'm not a TV person, especially when I travel, but if you are there are two small TVs--not the now 'standard' monster TVs many are used to. It was all most excellentv aside from our TP debacle but that has nothing to do with the property, location and so forth!

Cozy & Good Location

The biggest selling point of this property is its fantastic location, which is truly convenient for accessing the resort and town. However, if you're expecting a modern or well-maintained interior, you may be disappointed.The interior feels very outdated, with little to no recent upgrades.The carpets are old and visibly dirty, which is especially concerning given the property allows pets. It’s hard not to think about what’s embedded in them.The furniture is worn, and at minimum, washable covers on the couch would be appreciated.Several minor things don’t function properly, and based on past reviews (and lack of follow-through by management), they likely won’t be fixed.The master bedroom lacks a door—it’s open to the stairwell, so sound travels easily. If others are awake while you're trying to sleep, it gets loud.No air conditioning. Even in mild 70F weather, the master bedroom was uncomfortably warm. A ceiling fan would be helpful.The twin bedroom is very small, and the beds are kid-sized. A twin-over-full bunk would make it more versatile.The unit has a multi-level layout not obvious from the photos:Entry at garage level, Full flight of stairs to main level (living, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms bath)Another full flight up to master bedroomHot tub is located right outside the garage in a shared open area, zero privacy. It was so heavily chlorinated we couldnt use it. Testing strips would be helpful. Mange your expectations & its a fine place to stay

Don't Stay Here

It’s unusual for me to leave a review. It’s not something I waste my time on. Based on the conditions in this home and your lack of knowledge of the circumstances, I have decided to enlighten you. Don’t forget, this is something you asked me to do. 1. This home has 6 thermostats and each one has instructions as to where the temperature should be set. I’ve never seen a home with individual electric heaters for each room. The thermostat in the living room had a max temperature of 70 degrees which was inadequate and the room was cold and drafty. The master bathroom had a thermostat that had to be left at 75 degrees or the pipes would freeze. Because the fans in the heaters were so noisy and the master bedroom was so hot from the heat pouring in from the bathroom, we couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom and had to evacuate to a lower level to sleep on the queen-sized bed instead of the king upstairs. 2. There are instructions posted throughout the home and a book of instructions to read which indicates to me that someone knows how screwed up this place is and are unwilling to fix the problems. 3. There are six ski boot heaters advertised in the listing. All six are inoperative. 4. Half the jets in the hot tub do not work. 5. The electric garage door opener is broken. The sensor at the bottom has been knocked off and is damaged. This forces you to hold the button until it completely closes which bypasses the safety mechanism that prevents injury to someone in the path of the closing door. 6. The microwave is from the 1980’s and is so loud, you might think it’s about to explode. 7. The furniture is ‘shot out’. The loveseat and two chairs should have been replaced years ago. There is no support from the cushions whatsoever. The dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. 8. The internet is also from the 1980’s and is just a little bit better than dial-up. The speed is ridiculously slow and the reception nonexistent in parts of the home. 9. The location of the home is good if you’re planning on skiing, but it should be spelled out more clearly that it’s at least a ten-minute walk on a snowmobile path in ski boots to get to the nearest ski lift. This home is a perfect example of someone who puts all the rental proceeds into their pocket instead of completing required maintenance and upkeep. Why no one has recognized these problems is beyond me. The owner, Vacasa, and VRBO should be ashamed to list this house for rent.

Nice Place …But

This is a nice place for the price and it was fine for 2 adults. I loved having the garage since it snowed while we were there. I would stay in this area again, maybe not this unit though. Just a few FYI’s: It sleeps 6 but only has seating for 4 people in the living room Small tv in upper corner of living room that only 2 people when seated can watch, also Very Basic cable channels Spa bathtub does not work Living room blinds are inoperable Carpet needs cleaning. Lots of stains

Lovely Ketchum Stay

The accommodations were perfect for our family of four adults. Location was excellent with walking trails to downtown Ketchum. Very nice hot tub and beautiful view from kitchen window.

Great value foe the location

This house provided great value for the location, walkable to skiing and town. The house was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the heated garage, private hot tub, master suite and nice laundry room. The kitchen was well stocked. This unit is pretty small and could use some updates. The twin beds are best for younger kids. But overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable place in a great location.

It's seriously a short walk from this condo to Bald Mountain. It's clean, well maintained and stocked with essential food and laundry supplies.

Fantastic!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved every minute! The home has thoughtful touches sprinkled thru out and is in a fantastic location footsteps from the bike path. Easy stroll downtown. Easy walk to Baldy. Amazing. Thank you to Angie the general manager of Vacasa in Sun Vslley for all her thoughtful correspondence while we stayed

Great location, Great condo!

This condo gives your party access to hiking, fishing, skiing, biking and not a far work into town for great restaurants and shopping. Great back patio with a hot tub. Clean and wonderful place. Definitely will be back!

Only seating for four in living room used dining room chairs to seat six. The TV is small could be bigger. Hot tub was good and clean. Bathrobes were a nice touch.Would stay there. again. Very clean.
