A freshly renovated, open-plan studio in the heart of Ketchum — light-filled, airy, and steps from everything. The ski lifts are an 8-minute walk, downtown is 7, and the free Mountain Rides bus stops 200 feet away. Private deck, pleasant view, and a dedicated workspace with desk.

THE SPACE
Newly renovated throughout, this bright open-plan studio is compact but well-designed. The queen bed, living area, and fully equipped kitchen share a comfortable space that works well for couples or solo travelers. Queen bed in the main area, full sleeper sofa for a second guest, dedicated workspace with desk, fully equipped kitchen, newly remodeled full bath, and a private deck with a pleasant view. At 367 sq ft, cozy and open by design.

LOCATION
8-minute walk to the River Run ski lifts at Bald Mountain. 7-minute stroll to downtown Ketchum's restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, and boutiques. The free Mountain Rides bus with ski racks stops 200 feet away. Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) is 20 minutes away with seasonal direct flights from Seattle, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Denver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ketchum. The condo was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. We liked the little deck out back to sit and enjoy the fresh air and bird watch.The host was very helpful and the location was great. We never rented a car and walked everywhere in town and to the ski lifts.

This studio was perfect for our stay in Ketchum. Very central, close to biking trails, dining, and hiking. And it was quiet, with the sound of the nearby creek and the breeze among the cottonwood trees from our patio.

Room was very clean :) hosts were very kind! Our trip to Ketchum was absolutely magical in many ways! Us needing some mountain air, meeting our favorite chief, and getting engaged! From the room to the events the trip couldn’t have been better!

Easy check-in to a very convenient location. Perfect for a couple on a getaway. Comfortable, well-stocked and "homey" feel. I would be happy to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I loved the thoughtful 'little touches' added to the room. Very nice coffee table book, local maps, bottle of wine, candy, extra toiletries, magazines, vintage game, cards, cooking supplies. The decor was great too; everything was well thought out! Great location too

Room was perfect for 2 people for a 3 night stay. Kitchen was stocked well. Only noise from the neighbors came from the hallway, otherwise very quite.Due to internet issues during the drive over I did not have the door code and was in a panic. The owner immediately sent a new message and called me to make sure I had what I needed. Saved the day. I do recommend finding the condos in the daylight. I would very happily stay there again.

Great place. Convenient to walk to town for dinner. All you need in terms of amenities. Easy access to the mountain. A nice bottle of wine greeted us on arrival. I recommend the place for 2-3 people for sure. Thanks for the hospitality!

Super clean! Very cozy and well appointed. We were there for an outdoor medical conference and walked into downtown every night. Highly Recommend.

The studio is wonderfully equipped with any and all kitchen ware. The dishes & glassware are ample & all matching! Comfortable bed, lovely towels. Only glitch -- no dressers with drawers to unpack suitcases. Must "live out of suitcases" which takes up floor space.

The condo is in a great location. Easy to park and easy to walk.The biggest knock on this condo is the lack of air conditioning during the summer. It is east facing so it gets hot very early. It has blackout curtains on the sliding glass door, but the heat still gets in and eventually spreads throughout the entire unit. If you want to cook breakfast or shower first thing in the morning like we did, it gets quite hot. It was 80 degrees in the condo by 10am and 85 to 87 degrees when we got home after being out all day. First morning we tried door closed, second morning we tried door open and fan facing in, third morning we tried door open and fan facing out, but nothing really helped to keep it cool. Temps were according to the thermostat readings on the provided fan, which felt pretty accurate.The only way to cool down the unit is to keep the sliding glass door open when it finally cooled down at night and use the provided fan to help move air in or out. It didn't cool down to below 75 degrees in the until after midnight each day we were there.We also had other small issues, like three of the burners on the stove not working properly, lights bulbs being burnt out, and what I presumed was a used towel being left on the back of the bathroom door.The hosts said they would fix all the small issues, but the lack of AC made the stay miserable at times. I am sure it extremely lovely during the fall, winter, and spring, but we would not stay here during the summer again.

Because of your comments, we will be installing a AC unit where the decorative window is currently located next week. I am sorry it was so uncomfortable.

This was our first (but hopefully not last) visit to Ketchum and this was one of our favorite Vrbo properties of all time - so many thoughtful details and extras provided by the host, a beautiful, quiet and super convenient location and a wonderfully cozy place to stay. The kitchen is so well-stocked for an evening in - honestly better than much larger properties we have visited. Everything was super clean, efficient and well-organized. Easy parking and a short walk to all of the fun Ketchum has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive & helpful - he has multiple properties in the area, and provides great area recommendations and other information. The easiest check-out process we have ever had - thanks again for a wonderful stay!
