I truly appreciate you bringing the laundry issues, carpet cleaning, pillows, and dish soap concerns to our attention. We’ve reported these items to our local team. The washer has already been replaced, and new legs have been ordered for the dryer to get it back in working order. Regarding the cookware, the pots and pans are being updated to steel instead of Teflon for better quality. As for the dish soap, we use the same product across all our properties to maintain consistency, and we do not provide air fresheners. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to create a mud/ski room and we are sorry for the disappointment regarding the outdoor seating not being usable during the winter in the mountains.
