What an adorable cabin you have stumbled upon here in Lincoln! Boasting river views from the living area, you will have no trouble slipping right into relaxation modern surrounded by natural beauty. Start each morning on a tasty note and brew a cup of coffee to enjoy right outside as you breathe in the crisp air.

When days heat up, there will be no better place to hang out than the shared sparkling pool where you can easily get your tan on or take a quick dip to escape the summer heat. If you brought the kiddos along, the shared playground will definitely get their wiggles out. Dine alfresco at one of the shared picnic tables and toast to a memorable vacation. There's also a shared firepit area for when the stars come out.

When you return to home base after full days of adventure, whip up a quick snack in the kitchenette and plop down on the sofa in the living room while you share favorite memories from the day on social media using the free WiFi!

Such a beautiful warm and cozy cabin. With all the window shades up the view of the snow and river was beautiful. We will be back.

Cabin C is a nice little cabin, very quiet and an excellent location for all the attractions in the area as well as having a very nice view of the river.

Our stay was wonderful! Conveniently located with lots of food/shopping options, and the cabin was just big enough for everything we needed. The river behind us and chairs out front were a beautiful added bonus! Check in and out were easy as well. Thanks!

White mountain cabin

My friend and I spent 3 nights here recently. Very nicely maintained, great pool. It’s centrally located, close to trails and restaurants.

Great Stay

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I actually liked that there was no check in/out, made getting in much easier and quicker. Loved the kitchenette, just right for easy quick meals and not having to rely on eating out all the time. Will definitely return to stay again.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This was a cozy little cabin on the river and an enjoyable place to spend 3 nights. The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to see yet not in the middle of everything and touristy.

Cozy cabin

We loved being right on the river to have our meals. We were close to all of the attractions in Lincoln, Franconia and Woodstock. There were many close by places to get a bite to eat. It all made our trip easy and enjoyable.

The privacy of the cabin was a bonus. The view from our living area was Awesome. Also waking up in the morning, looking out the window seeing the stream and ducks was amazing

The place was great! The location is beautiful. The only thing I would change is maybe they could buy/offer a couple of grills.

Cute little cabin

They really put a lot into this little space, hidden drawers with cutlery, sheets in the cabinets . Very clever use of a small space. The kids loved watching the ducks and the sleeper loveseat/reading nook

Anniversary stay

We stayed in cabin c over looking the pemi so peaceful, bed was so comfortable, very clean, bathroom shower was perfect, this place is not fancy but it's clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was raining but it was easy access, will be back.

Poor Security

Access code was given to someone who opened our door after midnight. This ruined our stay. Apology was given but no explanation on how it happened.

3rd stay here

And it was great and clean as usual but this time two of the lights didn’t work. At first it just was one that we noticed. And that’s what I contacted customer service for. In the middle of that conversation we figured out we hadn’t found the right switch. But then we realized the light above the stove and porch light didn’t seem to work with any of the switches we could find. and when I mentioned that to the customer service agent I was texting with, through the text number I was told to use after checking in, I felt like I was speaking to a robot and I have no idea if the message was received. In the middle of my conversation with the agent I was also getting automated texts asking for a rating on the place upon check in etc. it was really strange. And then without supplying a solution to the lights not working, I was just asked if I needed anything else. I just left it at that because we didn’t really need the stove or porch lights for this stay, but people in the future might. And if we were staying here in the winter like we have in the past we would’ve wanted them and I would not have been happy if that wasn’t fixed so we could get use of those lights during our stay. So hopefully now you’re receiving this message, and you make sure those work for the next guest. And maybe that all lights and electrical outlets etc are working for a guest before they check in from now on.

the cabin was fine but we had no tv reception just lines through the picture and this was disappointing. we couldn't watch the ball game which is what we enjoy doing in the evening.

Tranquility

I loved looking out the windows at the lazy River watching the water gently flowing. I loved the peace and quiet! Walking distance to Clark’s and a diner with really good food
