Cool place in a cool location, in the woods right next to the hiking trails, short walk to fishing and the community center. 4 passes available for the community center is a nice bonus!

This is our second year coming to this location and there are 9 of us that come, we are not crowded and have plenty of room to spread out There is lots to do at this location with the community center being within walking distance. Being centrally located, between the lakes and the White Mountains, makes day excursions easy. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a number of people, it is both clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful visit! The house was perfect for our family and the perfect location! We enjoyed the clubhouse daily, the indoor pool was great on the rainy days! The house is located very close to the clubhouse as well which made it so easy! Communication with the host was great, she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughlyWe enjoyed so much of the White Mountains but loved having a quiet space to return to! My son also loved the pool/foosball table in the game room. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

The location was great, walking distance to club house and lodge , if you take the trail through the woods. Hanka responded quickly to all my questions. Accommodations were great for kids and grandkids with plenty of space.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and located right on the trails. The kids enjoyed swimming at the community center and we had a great day of hiking in the white mountains. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good visit in Campton. This was a spacious house with good amenities. Biggest drawback was having to bring trash with us as we came from out of state.

Great location for a family vacation

We had a lovely time staying at this home in Waterville Estates, which is close to the community center and Campton ski area, and a nice drive to Waterville Valley ski area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with my questions. There was plenty of space for children to play, and lots of bed configuration options.

Plenty of space, beautiful home. Great location, places to dine, get groceries and adult beverages. Love the road to the home, with all the sharp turns etc. Which added to the mountain experience.

Wonderful stay for winter weekend

The house was perfect for our families to enjoy a winter weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed. Waterville Valley was an easy drive away and the Waterville Estates community center was great when the kids had enough skiing. Hanka provided clear and easy-to-understand directions and was very responsive. Would happily stay again!

Relaxing NH getaway

Property was the perfect location for a fall getaway. Situated directly within short walk to community center with pools/fitness. Walking trails right next to house to wear out the kids and easy jump onto the highway to grab a bite to eat in Lincoln or Plymouth. Skiing winters would be a plus as well
