Nice place, but no central ac and we had some hot days. Some windows missing screens and mosquito...

Cozy living space and well spaced out. Great location and very quiet. Much more reasonable than most places in area. Overall happy with this rental. Loft bed most comfortable, but warmest room.

Overall it was a good experience as it was our first time with vrbo. The condo was clean and a good location for us. I wish the owners left a map of the property showing where the pool and dumpsters were located. We were happy with being allowed an early check in and later check out. The condo had nice updates and was comfortable. We would stay again .

Excellent value, great location, very quiet

nicely appointed and updated, very comfortable and convenient. Only issue we had was with the lack of air conditioning in the two bedrooms on the first level. It was extremely humid and very difficult to sleep as air was stagnant. Even with windows open there was no air circulation whatsoever. I would at least install ceiling fans.

Better as a winter stay

Beautiful condo. However, we were looking forward to the nice pool that was advertised. Unfortunately somehow the fact it was under construction was not updated when we booked our 4 day stay. The unit had no air conditioning and with the heat wave, and no pool to cool off, really made the unit uncomfortable to stay. My fault for missing the small ribs which does State no a/c. Stupid of me to assume a modern condo would not have such a feature. Wit that said, they DID refund us the 3 final nights that we didn’t stay. If we returned in fall or winter, it would be an amazing place to stay. I would not hesitate using the same company because they did understand.

We are provided instructions to go to a certain street address, but nowhere where we provided a unit number. It was well after midnight when we arrived and we had no clue where to go. We almost slept in our cars. Eventually, my brother noticed a 500 number in the Wi-Fi router name. That allow us to understand which unit we were staying in. Spent well over an hour looking for our condo and was unable to contact anyone after midnight
