An outdoor enthusiast's dream, this cozy and cool condo is conveniently located for a variety of activities. With just a short drive you can hit the slopes of Arapahoe Basin and Keystone Resort. During the summer months, these locations offer incredible hiking and mountain biking, as well as horseback riding, yoga, concerts, and golf. Rent a boat and paddle around Dillon Reservoir where you can fish for trout, kokanee salmon, and Arctic char. Dillon and Silverthorne both offer fun dining and nightlife destinations, as well as a thriving craft beer scene. At the end of a fun day of adventuring, return home and enjoy grilling dinner on the deck before taking a rejuvenating dip in the shared pool and hot tub.

Head inside your vacation home to find a living room offering an inviting social space in which to unwind. Relax on the plush furniture and settle in for a movie screening on the 60” TV with cable and an added soundbar. Whip up vacation snacks and treats in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful kitchen gadgets, including a coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle, make preparation a breeze. After a hearty meal, retreat to the deck where you can breathe in the mountain air and enjoy the view.

Family ski trip

Love the bunk beds. This worked perfectly for our kids. Laundry access in unit would be preferred.

Restrooms need work

The place was nice and we had a great time. The two issues we had were one of the showers didn't drain well at all, so all the dirt and grime that was from all previous showers (or that would come up out of the drain itself) would be in the bath tub. Only the brave few took showers in that shower. And then the toilet in the other bathroom didn't always flush. We were able to easily fix it when it happened, but just thought you would want to know about the problem.

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Location is great , the condo was clean, well stocked and plenty of beds. Great quality time and family memories made!

Cozy stay

This property is a really cozy spot close to Keystone mountain. It was a great spot for six of us friends to stay on our ski trip. It would probably feel too small if you're there all day long, but we were out on the slopes for the majority of the day. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking was very easy. The bathrooms could use a little work as the drain in one bathroom shower was very slow and filled up while you showered.

Great stay for a group of friends or a family. Clean and comfortable. The board games and DVD collection available make for fantastic evenings of quality time.

Great condo for a long ski weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great option for groups who want a convenient place to stay while skiing in the valley. It's no more than 15 minutes from the Keystone base, and close to several others as well. While not huge, it makes the most of it's space by providing 5 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The property is clean and the management company is helpful. There's a nice media setup and collection of games and DVDs to relax after a day on the slopes.

Well stocked kitchen, lots of beds, comfortable living room. The only downside was the washer and dryer were locked up. Would have been nice to have access to those.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was as advertised. Couches are tired, but you're not really there to sit on the couch. It has Wifi but needs a way to move air through it. A couple of box fans would be a huge upgrade for the afternoon heat.

Perfect place in Dillon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for 3 weeks and just loved it. The kitchen was very nice and had what you needed. The building is a little older in general. Lots of beds if you have a group that each likes their bed space. I could easily bike to the lake and great access to lots of trails. TurnKey was amazing and super responsive to a few issues I had including the lock failing on the door (they quickly got that taken care of and were very kind). I would highly recommend staying here.

Great property

They property was clean. Well stocked kitchen. Our only dislike was we werent very comfortable on the couches as they were very out dated and seem to have lost their springs. The bathrooms were clean! The bunkbeds were nice. We just wish there was more air movement in the rooms. LOTS of games, things to entertain. Overall, we would says we would stay here again!
