Kylie, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We apologize for any cleanliness details that were missed and shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that they have sent the comforters out for drycleaning, suggested a deep clean to the owner to address the walls and will look into refinishing the door to address the scratches. The broken garage door has been fixed and the TV will be checked to ensure it's in good working order. As our home is in an alpine environment, it does not have AC and guests are advised to crack the windows at night to allow the cool mountain air to regulate the temperature. Please know you could have reported your concerns during your visit and our team would have remedied them. We hope to have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.
