Clean, service, and location is awesome. Pool gate is loud but it is in the process of being fixed.

Beautiful place with a surprising view

The condo was easy to find and in a good location. The pool and hot tub were close to the room and very nice. We were very surprised to have a bear and her two cubs stroll by the pool while we were out on our deck. Made for a memorable time!

Great location

Great location, short walk to the base. Condo was roomy and set up well. Shuttle service was great. The bathroom my boys used had someone else’s hair balls all over the shower wall. The master shower didn’t drain properly, so you stand in a puddle of cold water. We were only given 6 towels for 3 people for a week long stay…and no washer and dryer in the unit. The hot water in the showers was very hard to regulate and would turn from luke warm to scolding hot without warning, which could be dangerous for younger children. The toilets had to be flushed multiple times when you used them. I realize some of these things are out of the owner’s control…like poor housekeeping. But when you pay thousands of dollars for a 5 night stay, you expect more. Just needs some improvements :)

We’re sorry to hear that the home was in this condition upon your arrival - please know that this is not the regular standard for our properties and we will sure to look into this to avoid future complaints. On the other hand, the comforts of home with a starter supply of bath towels are stocked according to the number that the home sleeps. We recommend bringing additional towels for pools, hot tubs, the beach, etc. We hope to have a chance to host you next time and provide the best experience in our homes. Thank you.

2/10 Terrible

Not Cleaned Well/Master Bath In Shambles

We found old food on the ground near the bar. There was a past renters socks left in the couch. The master bathroom toilet was barely functional and the shower did not drain leaving a puddle at your feet when you showered (gross!). The rental was not available until after check in time.

Great off season stay

Felt like we were the only ones in the entire complex. Cool days allowed us to enjoy the fireplace, the hot tubs, and uncrowded dining in town and at the local market and beer garden right around the corner from The Lodge. Just the relaxing trip we wanted in a great unit.

Perfect getaway

Loved the condo unit. Very clean and loved the location. Nice master suite and nice big second bedroom. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. We will be back for sure. We love steamboat.
