Enjoy peaceful mountain living at this newer South Fork home, beautifully situated on an open hilltop with gorgeous views in every direction. With comfortable, modern furnishings, a quiet setting, and convenient access to outdoor adventures, this inviting retreat offers a relaxing escape in the heart of Colorado's mountain country.

Inside, the home features a simple, welcoming design with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area perfectly positioned to enjoy the natural light streaming through the windows. The carpeted living room offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors, whether you're settling in with a favorite show on the Smart TV or simply enjoying some downtime together.

When the weather is pleasant, step outside onto the private back porch to relax and take in the surrounding mountain scenery. It's a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet morning or wind down in the fresh mountain air after a full day of exploring.

The home offers three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each feature two twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups traveling together.

Winter visitors will appreciate the attached garage, offering convenient parking and space to store ski gear after a day on the slopes. Wolf Creek Ski Area is approximately 22 miles southwest, making it easy to plan a day of skiing before returning to the comfort and quiet of your hilltop retreat.

This was a great location for our ski vacation. The garage was a great plus. The deer that greeted us was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean! Any questions we had were answered immediately. I would recommend this house. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was a nice little place that would have been easily accessible by a car. Plenty of room for 5-6 guests. Only complaint is sufficient silverware for 5 people. Deer literally grazed feet from our window. It was an easy check in and check out process. Quick drive to Wolf Creek ski area. The washer and dryer was a plus.

Great place to stay

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was well laid out, accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed and more. Diana went above and beyond by checking on us upon arrival and throughout the trip, plus let us use her personal crock pot one night when it was needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week and cooked every night, definitely need more cups, silverware, and large bowls. We needed 6 beds and one was broke so someone slept on the couch everynight. House was clean and beautiful, just lacking in the kitchen.

Nice place to stay

We loved the layout of the house and easy accessibility. Had everything we needed except maybe a better stocked kitchen with more pots/pans for cooking. Enjoyed complimentary clothes and dish detergen! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a nice location and suited us fine. There were a few small issues but they didn't bother us too much. The kitchen faucet leaked and the box springs in one of the smaller rooms was broken but overall we were happy with it and would stay there again.

Alpine Dream

Overall nice place, but needs some basic maintenance. Has great views. Easy to access and get around. Ample room for our family both inside and outside. Used the grill and back porch a lot.

The home is in a beautiful setting and very quiet. It was neat and reasonably well maintained. The water there is very hard and the silverware and dishes are coated in lime scale. There were plenty of knives and forks, but only 2 spoons. The reverse osmosis dispenser is nice, but it’s loose and you need to use 2 hands to operate it. The furniture inside is comfortable and in very good condition. The chairs on the back porch are very uncomfortable and there are only 3 - despite being a property designed to sleep 6. Having to haul your own garbage is a little odd, despite having a dumpster on site. We could not find the shared dumpster. There’s nothing at the address provided. Communication with the host was rather poor, I wrote them twice and did not get a response.

Comfortable home - attentive property manager

We loved the location, and layout of the home. It was very comfortable and easy - which made for an enjoyable stay. Lovely outdoor BBQ and breakfast table. There were a few cleaning issues that needed to be attended to, but as soon as we notified the property manager Christy - she was very attentive and came over straight away to help resolve the issues. Thanks Christy and team for having us, we enjoyed our stay :)

Awesome Place

This is a great property!! It was spotlessly clean and offered everything we needed. It was close to several trails which made riding easy. Diana, the property manager checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!
