We had a great stay at this property in South Fork. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable for our family of four including two adult kids and two dogs. The fenced yard was great and provided the pups a place to safely get exercise, a thoughtful touch given the risks of dogs getting out in a new location. Hot tub was great to have after days of exploring outdoor activities in the area. Overall a nice property.

Host was great and friendly. House was clean and was “child friendly”. Just happened to have my grandkids (2-6 yrs) there and had no worries. Yard is great for family, and had all the kitchen “stuff” you needed for any meal. Would recommend it for any family for a fun stay in South Fork/Del Norte/Creede.

Great Home with Mountain View and Awesome Porches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 10 days and it was great. Lots of parking as we had a trailer and 3 vehicles. The fenced in front yard was great as we brought our 2 dogs and they were able to stay outside while we went fishing or off-roading. The dog door was nice to as they could come and go when we were home. The cabin is well stocked especially the kitchen for your cooking needs. We loved the large back porch in the evening and ate outside almost every evening.

We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed at the home. They ad a little outside water faucet issue when we arrived so the water was shut off to the house. Amanda with Vacation Rental Collective was wonderful to inform us of the issue before arriving and sent us to dinner on them since we did not have any running water. After arriving back from dinner it was all fixed and water was restored. There were no other issue our entire stay. It is a great place!

Beautiful property

We loved our stay here. Super comfortable and clean house on beautiful property with great views. Loved the hot tub, grill and fenced in area, perfect for a dog. We hiked Beaver Mountain just down the street and caught the last bunch of aspens changing. We will definitely stay again!

Cozy and comfortable!

We enjoyed staying at the Shady Grove for our spring break getaway! It was well stocked with everything that we needed and was so peaceful and quiet! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after a day of snowboarding at WolfCreek. This is a great house and I would stay again if we headed back to South Fork!

Colorado vacation

We go to Colorado every year. Go to view the aspen and the wildlife. Hit the Aspen's at their peak and saw moose. This cabin was a wonderful base.

We had a wonderful time at the property! Cute little town, nice house, plenty spacious, and cosy! We would highly recommend this property! Doc’s was great for our ski rentals as well!

Room to relax.

The property was as listed, Spacious, expertly furnished, pet friendly and relaxing spa/jacuzzi. Close to a lot of great destinations. We will be coming back in the near future. We highly recommend it to young and older alike.

It was nice and well stocked with essentials. My only issue is with the bedding, it was old and pitted. The towels were okay, but not soft. The back yard and patio were very nice.

Great house but…

The house was wonderful and exactly what we needed…..location, space, hot tub were all great!The property management, Vacasa, was the opposite. I hope the owners find another option to manage their property.

The yard wasn't mown until the last day of a 2 week stay. Appliances and cabinets had considerable amounts of dirt on top.
