EagleRidge Townhomes 1536 is a spacious townhouse that offers wonderful walking access to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining space with a large table where you can gather and discuss the day's activities. The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, large windows, a 75” flatscreen Smart TV with soundbar to watch in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and doors that open to a private deck with a gas grill. For entertainment, you'll have your choice of six flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and shared EagleRidge amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle. Additional at-home amenities include a private washer/dryer and a two-car garage for your convenience.

Upstairs, the main bedroom features a 60” flatscreen Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have flatscreen TVs and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Great location and convenient shuttle to mountain.

Fantastic location and very convenient shuttle system that picks you up right outside your door and drops you at ski resort, grocery store or restaurants. The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group.

Ski Condo

Stayed during ski season and the location is fantastic- a little rundown and the mattresses in most of the rooms are overly soft and worn. The private hot tub was lovely after a long day of skiing and the shuttle service around town and to the lifts was extremely helpful. Overall the property location and amenities are fabulous- would recommend staying in the Eagle Ridge Condos if you’re skiing at Steamboat.

Location and Amenities

The location is great for skiing with family. It allows everyone to come in anytime during the day. A great shuttle service or short walk. The pool, hot tub (community and personal) and gym are great additions for after skiing or rest days. The unit is a little dated (minor repairs), but team was responsive in addressing. Would definitely rent again.

Good condo, GREAT location to the Mountain

Spacious and worked as advertised. The kitchen supplies were below average. Dozens of dull knives and no can opener. Vacasa did an excellent job with the shuttle service. Very easy and handy.

A little disappointed!

First night we turned the heat up, by morning it had dropped to 60 degrees, then it seemed to work the rest of our stay. The hot tub cover was off when we got there and it was not very clean. The TV’s were not easy to use even with the directions provided, total rats nest of cables behind tv. The couches were all electronic with no controls left.

Annual Steamboat Get Away

I thought overall the property was quite nice; however, I assume it was the owners of the unit that left a sofa, chair, and other furnishings in the garage making it impossible to park 2 vehicles in it. We had to move said furniture to the side and even then it made getting around the cars difficult. Wished the furniture was not there to obstruct. Would have liked at least 3 of the bedrooms had a full size bed instead of twins since there were 5 adult couples. 5 bedrooms, 5 couples, one dining room table that seats 8 doesn't add up to everyone sitting at the table. The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired, hand towels, and more dish towels would have been nice, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. I would give the unit we stayed in 4.5 stars out of 5. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Construction Nightmare

Our “relaxing vacation” turned into a nightmare experience due to a major exterior renovation project going on at the unit. Ladders banging on our walls beginning at 7am each day, paint buckets and electrical cords littering the front walkway and back deck, painters eye level at the bedroom windows while we slept. Vacasa did nothing to help. Not to mention clogged shower drains, keypads that didn’t work, front door wouldn’t stay shut. I am still fighting with Vacasa for a refund. Total nightmare for our group. We need a vacation to recover from the stress of it all.

Lovely home

This home is complete with a well equipped kitchen, nice linens and towels, well maintained hot tub, and beautiful fireplace. Only drawback is the lack of a space to put groceries

Great place

An extremely nice home. Easily accommodated the ten of us with a bed for everyone. Very clean with every utensil needed to meet our needs, Having a tv in every room also a real plus in meeting the various age group's needs. Enjoyed the. hot tub and the pool (excellent) was within less than 100 yards of the home.

Great location

The house is ideally located within Eagle Ridge. It is about a 5 minute walk (max) to the village base. It was perfect for two families as there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs (below the main living area). The grill was great and so was the hot tub on the deck. The house is stocked nicely and everything worked. We would book it again.

Great stay

We had two families stay in this condo for a baseball tournament weekend. The house was large enough for two families and we loved the separation with two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. The location was great and we were able to walk to the base of the mountain to ride the coaster and play putt putt. The pools was a nice plus. The one downside we would say is the fact that there is not a pantry in the kitchen. All cabinets were full with dishes and the only place to store our food was on the kitchen countertops. We were there for six days so we had a decent number of groceries. The upstairs is definitely warm with no A/C but that is pretty common with mountain condos.

Great for a group

The home is as pictured, in a great location, and we had space to spread out. We had everything we needed for cooking and the pool is nice. The home could be slightly improved with a bigger outdoor table. I have stayed in Eagle Ridge a couple of times and would recommend; however... A couple things could have gone better with the stay. 1) The hot tub was broken and not filled which is one of the reasons we picked this unit 2) The checkin instructions sent us to the front desk where there was no staff and it didn’t provide a lockbox code. We had to wait 1.5 hours to get instructions on how to get into the unit. 3) the neighbors renting next door were very loud late into the evening
