Great location

The location was fantastic, loved walking to the gondola. The unit itself is run down but very comfortable. The Vacasa staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Great spot close to ski hill

Really great location at the base of the mountain. We stayed in the summer and there was still plenty to do within walking distance. Kitchen is recently updated. We were disappointed that it didn’t have AC like it was listed online. Management company was very responsive to address the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Location - Dulaney 104

The best part - A great location about as close as you can get to the Steamboat Gondola, with super easy parking for two cars really close to the front door. Also great - we had three adult groups, so the three-bedroom three-bath layout was really convenient - with no one sleeping in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have only single beds - we had no kids and would have preferred queen beds all around - but we knew what we were getting and were still happy with it. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc - we cooked a couple full dinners and had what we needed. There are minimal condiments, spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc so bring (or buy) your own if you want it. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great maintenance guy

Found that the dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet and the trays fell out every time you opened the dishwasher. Called the front desk on Sunday and they sent a maintenance guy within the hour who fixed it. Great maintenance service.

Great location but unit needs to be updated

Great location - can walk easily to gondola and to restaurants at the base of the mountain. Very close to hot tub which is also a plus. Unit was very clean with lots of towels provided. The downside is the age of the unit. The kitchen is very dated and the appliances need to be updated. In addition, there was no cooking oil or spices in the kitchen. It makes it hard if you are flying into Steamboat and spending a lot of money on the condo and you have to go out to buy salt and pepper! It makes a big difference when those simple items are provided.

The location is awesome. The overall experience was fine. For what this place costs, I was hoping to have more seamless arrival/check in procedures and nicer amenities.The arrival process was ridiculous. The initial message from the host did not provide us with unit number. We weren’t told about a gate code. We then were told 3 different codes for condo unit access. The gate code involves unit number then # then the access code which ended up being a different entry code than into our unit. After trying 3 different access codes, we were told to hit # before the code. That finally worked and we were able to get into the condo unit.The fridge water filter is red meaning it needs replaced. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and bouncy. In at least one bathroom the shower curtain is molded. In that same bathroom the provided soap/body wash is completely empty, kitchen mugs are chipped, bedroom tv remote has no batteries. The leather ottoman is torn with a blanket covering it. There was a spot by the front door for a “ski locker key” but no key was present and no access code given for the locker storage. In the end, it was a place to sleep and super close to the mountain/ski lifts. But there are definitely some improvements than can be made.

Great location, needs updating though

The location of this property is fantastic, about 150 from the base of the gondola. Easy access to hot tubs, practically right out the front door, for apres ski relaxation. The property itself is long overdue for some updates. In particular, the mattresses on the beds are in need of an update/upgrade. The master bedroom, oddly was either a full or queen size, and the old spring style mattress. No support whatsoever. Due to the size and lack of support, my wife and I ended up sleeping separately with me exiled to the couch (my back was grateful).

This was a perfect place for our ski vacation. The place was plenty big enough and a perfect location. Had everything we needed. We thought the mid-century appliances were cool. Loved it there and will stay again some day. Let me know if it is for sale. Thanks

Great location!

Dulany 104 is in a perfect location. Very short walk to the slopes and literally a few steps to the hot tub, grill and Firepit. The cons were the unit could stand to be updated. The carpet needs replacing and the appliances are from the early 80’s (but they all worked) pots and pans need replaced and the closets were all full of tons of old bedding so no space to put luggage etc… That being said, there were also extra usable pillows, sheets which was nice. Plenty of towels from Vacasa so no need with our party of six to request more. The Vacasa shuttle was very convenient right outside of the door. We also enjoyed the many games provided. We would recommend 104 and Dulany. It would be perfect after it’s updated. One more thing, the front desk was very helpful holding our luggage until check in time.
